We all hand out on the mean streets of Lambton Quay with our baggy pants and baggy hoodies and caps on backwards. 8)

Wow that's way cool 8) hats on backwards how rebellious! I didn't know Wellington was so leading in fashion!

I'd tell you to come to Exodus but its kinda lame! We've got soccer teams galore and their loser groupies who take over the gym.

*crosses exodus off list*

looks easier than it is..........

Ooooooooooookay.... I'd do them on the end of a bench, call them 'single leg lowers (without the arm motion, tho). Then PT had me doing them on a decline bench. Def hits the lower abs nicely

Hope our weather is better than it is today when you come down, or you'll turn round and go right back again! It's just horrible today :(

It's not so great up here either! Warm but grey :(

I'm looking forward to double long blacks with extra shots and things like that that you can only get in Wellywood

Oh-oh - the Veemeister hits the Capital...

It's spring in Wellington, generally fine all week til 5pm Friday when the rain sets in  not that I'm complaining, it kept me out of the garden!

Just remember, a shit day in Wellington is better than a good day in Gore.

Errr you guys don't sell Wellywood very well do you? :-s I am worried now :shifty:

We just want to keep it for ourselves

Nah, th big city grows on you after a while. It's sooooo much better than it used to be. Town used to drain like cold water from a bath by 5pm Friday, tumbleweeds down Lambton Quay on a Saturday arvo... but now it goes off all weekend.

Great food (Indian, Lao, Viet, Cambodian, German, French, Thai, Mexican, fusion, seafood, steak) and all that. If it just had a whisky bar, it'd be perfect!

If it just had a whisky bar, it'd be perfect!

"This great Irish bar, located in the heart of Wellington's entertainment district, is loved by everyone for its rocking music and its cheap, filling lunches. Live bands play most nights, and good Irish fare to suit all budgets is available either at the bar or one of the two in-house restaurants. The Dubliner Whiskey Bar boasts 105 selections of whiskey from around the world. A fun atmosphere and a friendly staff completes the experience. "
