Teachers have whiteboards now just in case some little angel is allergic to the chalk dust

And I thought the reason was 'cos all the teachers were huffing the solvents in the whiteboard markers

BTW, can I come to your place for tea? =P~ =P~

I saw them on an ultra sound a few months ago it was cool to see actual muscle evidence that they exist! :pfft:

Good to see your eats are more substantial these days - I was worried you would disappear on the last eating plan! Well done :) You're doing so well!

No chance of that unfortunately happening! Yep I did the 12 week CHA diet and now back into my version of a diet :P

Crikey  You and Bar-belle are amazing me with your dead weights. I'm not sure I could even pick up a bar that heavy, nevermind deadlift it for all those reps!

Thanks Pman! I feel a little dodgy with my bag of dust :pfft: I loveit!

Les Mills doesn't seem to care, but most gyms back in the States will go ballistic if you try to use chalk

So you have to make it a goal to use it anyway

It's not like it's permament stuff it does just brush off! Areas of the floor in LM is just covered in it, it's like it's been snowing! Chins are a hella lot easier too the stuff with now my door frame is covered in it too. 8)
