Rose, gee, I dunno, the youth of today, no staying power... well, apart from Vee, who can keep running for like threee and a half whole hours :clap:

Bring your runners, Vee, and aim to be there in time for the Wellieworld Round the Bays, only seven and a half ks of summer fun-run, and the midwinter lunacy that is the Harbour Capital :think:

WOW you have fun runs and stuff too! It just gets better! Maybe I could wheel Rose around one in he wheelchair just so she has a day out, you know before she, um you know dies and stuff :(

Yep not long now! I'm very excited about the cafes, the gyms! woohoo!!

My new job is straight opposite a gym apprantely it's across the hallway I have no idea which gym it is.

How far are you running today Forrest? :pfft:

TODAY I will go lift some heavy things AKA weights and do some light running for about an hour. TOMORROW I run 20km, pfft a run in the park that is now!!

Trying to think of a gym near Plimmer steps and the only one I can think of is that one above Whitcoulls - Sync?

Well, you won't be far from a LM anyway - the one on the Terrace would only take about 5 mins to get to from the Plimmer Steps area. Habit is about the same distance in the other direction.

I've been told the name of the building but I can't remember it now doh! It's an old building with a hotel in it and a gym on or near plimmer steps. Woohoo being 5 mins away from LM would be fab just need to get an apartment in between the two and I'll be set!

DB Incline fly: 8kg x10, 9kg x8 (PB :grin: ) 9kg x10 (PB :grin: ) 10kg x6 (PB :grin: ) 10kg DB's were a bit scary up in the air!!

DB Decline fly: 6kg x10, 7kg x10 (PB :grin: ) 7kg x10 :grin:

Bent over BB row: 20kg x10, 22.5kg x10 (PB :grin: ) 22.5kg x10

Upright BB row: 17.5kg x10, 17.5kg x10, 17.5kg x9 (to fail)

Seated row: was feeling really good by now decided to try and kill myself doing to fail drop sets: 28kg x12, 21kg x20, 14kgx40, 21kgx12

Lat Pulldowns: 21kg x18, 26kg x15, 28kg x8, 26kg x8 (to fail)

PLANK: 180 seconds (PB!!) :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

Oh my god I went into an entirely different world of pain, I was 45 seconds off lasting as long as Slayers addict song- that was my motivational song for todays plank! and a new challenge to last as long as that song!

No running today too rainy!! Did spin instead, just need to maintain fitness for 2 more weeks!
