Early morning cardio *yawn*

Run 1 hour

Tired Vee now

FOODSICLES

M1: sludge

M2: tuna, salad

M3: steak, salad

M4: tuna, salad

M5: steak, salad

Yum - salad season is here!

Does it ever go away... all winter it was chicken,salad or steak,salad.. with the occasional bag of Watties single-serve veggies on high-carb days...

I haven't had much for the last couple of months - we like salad with our weekly quesadilla dinner, but got to a point where we'd have a hot vege with it instead - but salads are back on the menu again now!

Salads are always in! I say salad but I'm only allowed 2 cups of veges a day so it's more like a garnish so I don't freak my workmates out by just eating plain meat!

Did spin class this evening was very good in a painful way! :grin: :shock:

Nar I'm on the CHA diet- Carb Haters Anonymous so very little fruit/vege for me, I have 4 weeks left of it.

I don't know if I could handle that kind of diet - I have a bowl of apples on my desk and munch through at least 3 per day just between my regular meals/shakes. I'm kind of a constant grazer and would go a bit crazy if my apple bowl was forbidden!

Yeh I do miss all the fruit, I eat blueberries and grapefruit on this diet but again tiny amounts :( . Fruit has become a luxury/cheat food thing!!!

36km run this morning, I just got back, good day for it nice and cool! It was a great run as far as runs go. My new camelbak is the best thing ever! LOVEIT!

So that's it for stupidly long runs till the marathon! Just shorter ones ie: 19km and a 16km, speed work, bit of hills.

I think that's enough exercise for today.

Plank: 130 sec damnit so did another one 60 sec doh! :roll:

Did 10mins on bike, got bored so left it- I know only boring people get bored!!!

Thanks CC!! They are a daily occurrence but I keep forgetting to write them in Le Journal!!

Wow, daily is awesome! After my initial excitement at actually being able to do some, mine have all but disappeared from my workout, making an occasional appearance every few weeks :? You've just inspired me to do them more regularly - but weekly, not daily :lol:

3.5 hours which isn't bad for me!

:-s Correct me if I'm wrong Miss Tortoise :snooty: But 3.5 hours isn't a tortoise time, is it chick? :notworthy: 8)

I suprised myself, I took a different route and there were up and down hills, I sprint the down hills so I must have made up some time somehow! Plus NEW CAMELBAK<3 is the bestest and very helpful I don't feel like I'm carrying a sack of potatoes with me anymore!
