London is great thanks :)

Doode I gotta ask this are you eating enough? You did a 30km run on like, weight loss diet food :P

Don't worry fat seems to hang out on me! I'm still heavier than I was this time last year so no worries about me fading away!

I still have my cheat meal on my day off which keeps me from becoming <20% BF!! Damnit!!

Bloody rain!

Bought new camelbak yesterday <3

DYING to try it out!!!

I have put it in the freezer so it's nice and cold, exciting!!!

So in the meantime went to Le Gym this morning and did 1 hour on crosstrainer keeping my BPM 150-160

I went out last night!

First time in..... bloody ages. I ate cake. I had a glass of wine. I saw my friends. I still like the gym more. :pfft:

Drunk people are difficult to talk to especially when they go off on tangents and tell you things they shouldn't be telling you or I know will regret telling me this morning!!

Oh I know some things I shouldn't now!! :pfft:

ANYWHO the plan this week is to keep some nice steady paced runs up nothing too harsh as I have the 36km next weekend, so I don't want to over do it this week. I will do legs tomorra so it's out the way and plenty of time for recovery.

Did ya catch that gimmicky front sling pack that skinny guys can fill with beer and it put in on for rugby games and other events where you cant take piss in. Chuck a shirt over the top and the design makes you look like you have a beer gut. CLEVA  :lol:

150-160BPM...like good techno

Yum - salad season is here!
