Hallo Miss, how are you feeling? Would you like me to :pray: for you? :pfft:

oooo I have been doing alot of :pray: well I say :pray: I mean moar like :puke:

breakfast went in then it came back out again :shock:

Thus so far I have eaten 12 eggs today and some sludge I will attempt Le Steak a bit later 8)

Went to werk today, kinda feel better but still feel sick and having to shovel food down me, I'm eating about 1/2 what I normally eat :( ate my steak last night :grin:

I have training tomorrow morning 5:30am with PT and I am keeping the torture I mean appointment as I can't bear another day with no gym, it's been 4 already now! I figure another restful evening now and I will be PRIMED to hit the beloved deads in the morning! :pray:

FOOD SOURCE

M1: sludge

M2: sludge

M3: beef

M4: chicken, salad

M5: will try to shovel moar steak in later

Please make sure Vee is feeling betterer today and had a good session with her PT this morning leading to awesome deadliftliness etc. If you do, I will :pray: extra hard today.

BB Incline Bench: 27.5kg x12, 27.5kg x10, 27.5kg x8, 25.5kg x10, 25.5kg x8

(never done these before does that count as a pb?)

Fly: 18kg x12, x10, x8, x8

Bicep curl cable: stack 3 x12, x10, x10, x8

Parallel bar Dips: x20 to fail

DB Press Flat Bench: 12.5kg x12, x10kg x10, 10kg x8

aint done these either before!

DB Curls: 7kg x12, x10, x8

Preacher DB curls: 6kg x12, 5kg x10, x8, x8 ooooooowwwwwwwchhhhhyyyy

This evening run: 8km hills like a demon :twisted: conquered the death-defying hill that I can register my fitness on I am VERY pleased!!! :grin:
