Yep thanks from me too...don't know about the diet buddies bit..no one seems to want to be my friend when I'm on a diet...beeeeaaaatcchhhh :evil:

I have losted 2kg so far on it so now at 58kg, getting leaner....

Didn't realise how much I love carbs till I started eating them again.now.I.don't.want.to.stop. =P~

I now remember the pain of the long distance running, it's been fine till now! Don't get me wrong I had a ball running today but the soreness kicked in at about 15km ouchy!

20km today out and back to St Helliers great weather for it!

Ate 2 energy gels while running, been trying to avoid them but goddamn they work wonders!

M1: Omelette with PP and veges

M2: sludge

M3: steak, green beans, PB

M4: sludge

M5: steak, spinach, green beans, pb

In very 'brave' :crazy: Vee style I decided to do legs today, after I had been for another run.

Needless to say I didn't get very far in the weights section. :roll:

HIIT treadmill 15 mins, 15mins 7% incline 7km/h

Deads: 40kg x10, x8

Done.

Done like a done thing.

Crawled home.

Will finish legs tomorra.

M1: protein shake

M2: sludge

M3: chicken salad

M4: sludge 3 tim tams

M5: chicken, salad

I actually read an article in the magazine that shotgun supplements sent me that chocolate after working out puts your body back into the anabolic instead of catabolic stage.

I'll try find an online version of it!

Unless you had your tim tams before your workout :lol:

BB Lunge: 20kg x15 x2 22.5kg x10 x2, x8 x2

Front Sqwat: 22.5kg x14, x10

Deads: 40kg x8x3

Leg Extension: 40.5kgx10, x8,x8

Calf Raise: 36kgx12, 41kgx12

Ate clean, can't remember but I'm into chicken salads at the mo (and steak still :grin: )

TODAYS WEIGHTSICLES

Ran 30 mins treadmill 15% incline

Realised that the treadmills actually switch off after 20 mins by themselves I always thought I had hit a wrong button, but today I clicked that they are on a timer! verrry interesting factoid!

Incline DB fly: 7kg x10, x8,x8

Decline DB fly: 5kg x10 x3

Decline bench: 20kg x15, 25kg x8, 27.5kg x8 PB for decline bench! :grin:

Seated row: 60lb x10, 45lbx10

Bent over BB row: 20kg x15, 20kg x12

Upright row: 17.5kg x10 x2

Plank: 100 secs

Chins: x10 - narrow grip under hand, still a slight swing with my hips to get up there but am improving daily! :grin:

Food source

M1: beef, salad

M2: chicken, salad

M3: sludge

M4: chicken salad

M5: sludge

As for the treadmills-on-timers, wtf's up with that? Now, no gym down here does that :grin: Come on down, you can run til you pop! (which in my case wouldn't take 20mins :oops:)
