WEIGHTS

Chinups: 3x10 B/W spotted

Pushups: 3x15

Dips: x30, x32 to fail

Seated row: 55lb x14x2

Cable tricep pushdowns: 21kgx14x2, x10, x8

21's: 12.5kg x2

DB Lat raise: 4kg x12, x10

DB Shoulder press: 5kg x16, x18, 4kg x20

Arms hurt as much as my legs now, legs still hurting from Monday :grin:

FOOD SOURCE:

M1: sludge

M2: sludge

M3: steak, spinach, beans, pb

M4: steak, spinach, beans, avocado

M5: steak, spinach, beans, avocado

But yes, i think a bar with a coupla lightweight cuddly toys on it would be about all I could manage :shock:

You could hug the toys in between sets! It would be like some sort of great ride for them they'd love it!

The Dip God is feeling a bit rejected. The Chin-up God is trying to placate him etc :roll: The God's are never happy. Always interferring and trying to make people work harder. They console themselves with the knowledge their interferring will give the punters better gains. I'm always stuck in the middle. Sucks to be me :shifty:

Need to ditch some weight workouts and do some more running!!!! :cry:

I'm considering copying your diet Miss Vee coz Specter thinks I should. Do you find you have plenty of energy for you runs?? I went to a nutritionist yesterday coz I wanted some good advice and it was a waste of time all old sckool 6 servings of carbs 6 servings of fruit and veg blah blah blah...... idiot :roll:

Sure! I'm doing the Scivation Carb Haters Anonymous diet at the mo and LOVE IT. So no carbs for me! I only supposed to have them after I workout and I haven't been having them as I have grown to HATE CARBS!! I am allowed one carb meal a week.

and click on the join for free, Derek will send you a form to fill out and then you send it back to him and he will give you a training and diet plan FOR FREE and he tweaks it every week for you too.

It works on the basis of using fat for energy instead of carbs, I like it coz all carb bloat has gone away and I'm functioning just fine on it, no bad side effects or anything! I will PM you my diet and weights plan so you can have a looky. :grin:

done! and I sent you their book too, my diet is based on me so it's for my height and weight I'm, 165cm tall and 60kg so you may have to adjust to suit you.

Yeh I can't believe they are dishing them out for free and I get weekly e-mails tweaking my programme and encouragement, pity I don't buy any scivation products- they aren't too easy to find in NZ!
