cheat meal today of birthday cheesecake! Feel a bit sick after that though, a bit too much cheesey-cakeness.

do you fancy yourself in the kitchen vee?

i have a very, very good cheesecake recipe.. i 'borrowed' it from a past work, and its awesome - but its not overly simple being a commercial grade recipe. it would be interesting for you to compare the two, se which you like better.. :poked: :discussion:

oooo of course you're a baker! A good cheesecake recipe would be great, I baked one last year that was really good but I couldn't find the recipe again so I used another one and this years cheesecake isn't so great.

I spend most of my baking time being shocked by whats in the cheesecake. Todays one had 1kg of cream cheese- FULL FAT stuff let alone the sour cream, cream and sugar!! Now I'm drooling on my keyboard! stopit!

Yeh if you could send me the recipe it would be teh awesome!
