HUNGRY I have yet to train them into eating every 2 hours, I must remember to keep all my food with me at all times!

Did something stupid today! I am trying to be very strict with my eating and I usually SO GOOD! At lunchtime after I had finished my lunch I got offered a plate full of freshly baked date scones.

"Vee would you like one?" Before I knew it I had said yes, buttered it and eaten it. WTF? Seriously I do not know what happened, I've never had that before, when I'm offered food I usually instantly say NO or assess what it is and make my mind up. It was VERY nice and I could have eaten 10 of them :oops:

Oh well! I figured I'm allowed carbs after my training so I'll miss my carbs out after my run and it will kinda work out sort of.............

FOOD:

M1: protein shake

M2: schnitzel, avocado,

M3: chicken, salad, avocado,orange date scone :shock:

M4: LF yoghurt, 2 scoop PP, blueberries, PB

M5: protein shake

M6: steak, salad

M7: blueberries

Ran 5km hills this evening, did quite well managed to get up the hills in one go, I haven't been able to do that for quite awhile so fitness is coming back! WOOHOO either that or the scone was taking effect!

I have lost the 2kg that has been hanging about me since the begining of the year, it keeps coming back but I think it's gone now!!! :shifty:

What a BUSY crazy day was late to gym to see PT had to queue for everything, what is it with the gym this week it's crazy mad busy, it sucks!

I got pushed in front of by bully boys with crap form trying to lift too much grrrr :evil:

Pullups: unassisted about 1 inch off ground now!

Russian twist: x15

Toe tap ab things: x15

FOOD

Still need to work on food at new work, I go too long between meals as I'm running from one site to the next and leaving my stuff behind this will get better though!

I think you should be allowed to save your food

1) It's good food going to waste

2) You may be outside for some time, you need to eat

3) What if the fire was just a part of the entire world burning down and that is all the food that is left

I will bite them next time or at least tell them to bite me, damn bullies! :evil:

One boy was doing worse then me on the chin ups! One was trying to leg press 240kg and the ROM was about 1cm with his friend trying to spot him. :pfft:

Had a few days off, was feeling sicky but feel a bit better now yay!

Kept up diet just no gymming

WEIGHTS

Incline DB fly: 7kg x10, x8

Pec Dec: 21kg x12x2

Seated row: 28kg x10, x8

Bent over Bb row: 20kg x12, x10

Upright row: 15kg x12

Dips: straight legged x25 x2 (to fail)

DB Bicep curl: 7kg x8, 5kg x15

Hammer curl: 7kg x8

Plank: 90 sec

Reverse curl: x10

FOOD

M1: protein shake

M2: yoghurt, scoop pp, blueberries

M3: same again

M4: chicken, green beans, spinach, pb

M5: same again

True that chick - most people gain weight over the winter period so well done :)

hmmmm but I have been trying to lose BF :evil: must try harder!!

I have me new fancy diet and might start taking some thermos again, just glad it hasn't gone up! :grin:

Ran 5km intervals and hills, felt good! Am trying to get some speed up as I am a little sllllooooooowwwww and need to cut my marathon time down somewhat! just over 2 months to go! :shock:

I'm mad essay writing for a thesis that needs to be handed in next Friday at the moment, I'll be glad when I finish this paper!! I'm having to learn stuff at my new work too, brain hurts owchy!

Good luck on your thesis! Since i've not been gymming i've got sooo much more school work done which doesn't make me feel so bad about it... :-s

yeh sometimes I let life get in the way of working out- not too often though! Tonight was one of those nights! I plan to run/lift tomorrow and over the weekend anyways so a day off won't hurt!

You need to get better Miss Becca! That's moar important!
