aaa the ihop! I always get confused over the 15 different flavours of maple syrup, the place is a must when in the US, everything is served with a side of pancakes, even if you order pancakes they come with a side of pancakes.

Ran 10km speed work this evening, wasn't feeling all that enthusiastic so I say speed work, it was more like a crawl versus a slow jog!

FOOD

M1: protein shake, nuts

M2: porridge, scoop pp

M3: salmon, kumura, veges, miso

M4: PB wrap, persimon

M5: protein shake

M6: tuna, ww wrap, veges

Oh thank god I'm weening myself off the 7kg DB for Curls I've been stuck on those for bloody ages!

Managed to get a few PBs in today!!

Leg Extensions by accident the machine I was on didn't 'do' 42kg so had to jump up to 47kg I didn't want to be wussy and only do 41kg!

Not as yet! I haven't driven since passing my test BUT I am borrowing a car for 2 months in 2 weeks!!! So plenty of time to mame fellow road users! :P

Trainer has told me to have yesterday and today off! :o

My back and arms are killing me from Thursday still! I thought to just have yesterday off but she reckons have today off too and I'll be stronger for it, well who am I to argue with the trainer? Feels a bit weird though I don't normally have 2 days off in a row......

Eating clean though, I have a 11km run to do tomorrow which I will be refreshed for now!

How did the 11km run feel on Sunday?

Thanks PNW! I'm pooped-a-rama from my running and training! PT suggested 2 days off in a row a week to recover properly. I had 2 days off last week and it felt great!

I was trying the whole unassisted pullup thang where you try to do one every day then eventually after a month or so you will be able to do 1. PT says to go the other way and gradually take the weight down off the assisted pullup machine.... so I'm doing it that way trying to do x1 of the lightest weight I can every day.....

WEIGHTS

Deads: 40kg x10 x3

Assisted Pullup: 70lb x5, 60lb x3

DB Inlcine press: 8kg x10, 7kg x10x2

BB standing shoulder press thing: 12.5kg x10 x3 (I will look up what this is called it's with a slight bend in the knee and push up)

Lat pulldown: 70lb x12 x3 (PB :grin: ) nearly got whacked in the head by a low flying bar- scary :shock:

Cable row: 9 stack 12x3

Prone hold with rotation and DB: 4kg x10 x3 each side

T extension: 3kg x10 x3

Prone hold with twist: 10 x3

Reverse crunch: x12

FOOD

M1: protein shake, banana, oats, scoop PP

M2: oats, scoop PP

M3: tuna, ww wrap, veges

I am seriously thinking about eating meat :shock:

I haven't eaten meat in 15 years and the thought of it is still yuk, but I am soooo bored of tuna and if it's gonna help me grow I'm all for it! I will have to think about it some more. My husband is a butcher so he is all for the eating and slaying of meat! (no pressure huh!)

Yep my freezer and fridge is FULL to the brim with all sorts of meaty delights hand picked and chopped by the man himself! It has been known for him to have an entire lamb- head and all on the kitchen bench ready for the chopping. Maybe this is why I am scarred!! :pfft:
