I liked the fruity one but the strawberry lemonade one was gross!

I know what a nice name 'strawberry lemonade' you imagine sipping it in a long glass on a deck chair on a beach, not sculling it back as quick as you can just so you don't have to taste it!!! It SO doesn't taste of anything strawberry or lemonade. I think they should rename it 'melted plastic lumpy stuff'

Day off from gym today I'm running from my full time job to my part time one this evening so no time for such luxuries as exercising today! but this is the last session with this class then I have 4 weeks off teaching hoorah!!! Sooooo looking forward to having Wednesdays back!

FOOD

M1: protein shake, PB

M2: porridge, 2 scoop PP

M3: banana, almonds

M4: vege sausages, kumura

M5: porridge, scoop PP, almonds, orange

M6: tofu,veges, ww bread

M7: protein shake

M8: cottage cheese

food, food, food!

Hey Miss Small! A 5lbr? Like 5lb of Protein powder? I bought 10kg a few weeks ago, I reckon I'm eating 1kg a week or thereabouts.

didn't go for a run yesterday too knackered as I started work at 6:00am, but I got up and ran this morning instead , ran 5km. I want to take a camera with me when I go running I see VERY interesting things. I saw a brand new yacht strapped to a truck this morning going up fanshawe street it was quite spectacular! Torture with the trainer this evening!

Then circut:

Dips: x45 (to fail)

Tricep push ups: x13.5 (to fail)

Tricep pushdowns: 7's x14x2

Seated row: 60lb x14 x2

Dips: x37 (to fail)

Tricep push ups: x14 (to fail)

21's: x2

Swiss ball DB curl: 7kg x8 x2 with major spotting help!!

Bench press: 35kg x10, x8, x8

Squat: 52.5kg x14, x12, x10, x8

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, pb

M2: banana, almonds

M3: porridge, 2 scoop PP

M4: tuna, veges, miso soup

M5: pb, chickpeas

M6: postworkout shake

Arms are sooooo shaky from the 21's and the killer tricep circut owwwwww

Major DOMS today my arms are sooooooo sore!

Have booked my driving test woohoo!! No gym today very tired and sore thought it best to rest and eat!

Thanks Rose! :grin: I'm going for my restricted! I lived in London for many years and never had to drive so at 32 years old I'm getting my license! Yay!!

Woohoo! How long have you had your restricted?

Almost a year now, i've done a defensive driving course so I can get my full as soon as a year's up instead of 18 months!

Do the DDC, it's well worth it.

And then, once you've got a few miles under your belt, there's the Holden Advanced Driving course or similar. I wasn't that convinced of its value until I actually went on the course....well worth it, it teaches car control - like how to avoid obstacles without wild swerves...and also things like "What it feels like when the ABS (anti-lock braking) goes off"...and "How effective is ABS"... these are good things to know.

Oh, and wicked triceps sets...bet you'll look forward to doing them again :pfft: :grin:

oooo more car stuff! I'm getting into this now, as a person who has either walked or run everywhere it's like a whole new side to life this driving business! I'm looking at cars and actually having an opinion on them rather than just hating them!! I get to 'borrow' a car for 2 months in august which will be exciting! Bring on the driving!!

Tricep circut was a killer, my arms today are SO sore my PT will be pleased she's always keen to know how sore I have been!!

Rain rain rain!!

Went for 15km run in the rain, got totally drenched, but hey you can only get so much drenched then it doesn't matter!

Stuck my foot in a puddle within the first 10 mins so got my feet wet quite quickly, special self drying socks couldn't even contend with the amount of puddles and rain going on here!

Started taking photos of my running adventures as I see things you wouldn't normally see while out running!

But of course nothing strange happened today! Good comrade-ship with fellow nutters I mean runners out there all 4 of them!

FOOD

M1: protein shake, 2 energy gels

M2: protein shake, porridge, 3 scoops pp

M3: quiche ate around the pastry!

M4: tuna, ww wrap veges

M5: miso soup, tofu, omelette

M6: Protein shake

M7: cottage cheese

i disagree i think its a piece of shit and piss easy

just go sit n a room and listen to blah blah blah and wham months off for $$

tho most see that as a good thing

i agree ... i had to do a so called defensive driving cert for my police recruitment process .went to the one in ellerslie and all the tutor did was blab on about himself and his life story.

he read us through a book and handed us a certificate at the end ...

LAMO!!!!!!!

id recomend to find one where you actually get in a car and learn that way.

unless of course the only reason your doin it is to shorten the license period then i suggest take a good book and sit at the back ...
