Yep no bingo wings on this girl that's for sure!

21's!! My god it's the second time she has made me do them, I stand there laughing at her cause she has just made me do 70 dips and tricep pushups till failure then WTF 21 bicep curls and isolated ones at that!! :pale:

ahahaha all good fun! and to think PT's get paid to torture people :nod:

arg I forgot I start a new course this week so I can't do tuesday or wednesday. What about thursday? Are you free then? :)

Friday is good for me? What time do you finish workies?

I is working late tomorrow so will finish about 6? Can meet about 7? Is this a bit late? I usually finish 4:30 except for tomorrow!

Had 2 days off training, just buggered , and had a bit of a cold coming but I have tackled it and am fine! Yay!

10 min cross trainer level 10

WEIGHTS:

Decline DB Flyes: 4kg x14, 5kgx12

Machine Row: 32kgx14, 28kgx12, 28kgx10

Shoulder press: 10kgx14, 10kgx12, 15kgx8, 15kgx10, 15kgx14 (PB!)

Upright DB row: 5kgx14 x2

DB Lat Raise: 5kgx10, 4kgx8

Leg Extension: 42kg x14x2

Lunge: 15kg x15 each leg x2

Static squat: 60 sec x2

Step ups: x20 each leg

Side plank: x2 30 sec

Plank: 92 sec (PB!!)

Reverse crunch: x12 x2

FOOD:

M1: Protein shake, porridge, scoop PP

M2: Porridge, scoop PP

M3: salmon, tofu, ww wrap, veges

M4: almonds, banana

M5: postworkout shake

M6: salmon, ww wrap, veges

M7: cassein shake

Yep right out the front as you walk through the front door there's couches and magazines, so you'll know where we should do deads then! Great! It shouldn't be busy on Friday night most people are out having a life! hee hee

Deads: 30kgx12, 40kgx12, 50kgx12, 55kgx8, 55kgx6 (PB!! :grin: )

Bench Press: 30kgx10, 35kgx10, 37.5kgx8

Chin Ups: 90lbx12, 80lbx12, 80lbx12

Hammer curls: 7kg x10x2, 8kgx8

Went to run 10km this morning and it turned into 14km.

The water fountain at the turn-around 5km mark was broken and I knew there was another one 2km up the road, dying of thirst I ran to the next one, so it turned into a longer than anticipated run! Played tag team with random person on the way out and another random person on the way back in. At first I thought they might have been injured as they were running the same pace as me!

FOOD:

M3: pita,tune,salad-loads of salad yum!!

M4: protein shake

M5: omelette, veges

M6: protein shake, cottage cheese (ran outta cassein)

Gee Vee you're so inspiring! I'm sitting here half asleep as I was a Maid of Honour at a wedding yesterday and it was a BUSY day and night. Today is meant to be my cardio day and I am sitting here scrolling through journals trying to find some motivation to get off my ass and go to the gym. My current excuses are 1. im too friggen tired 2. its too friggen cold 3. i dont friggen want to 4. why friggen should i 5. its too friggen hard and I havent come up with a 6 7 or 8 yet but I'm working on it real hard
