My work moved offices today so food was totally BAD, I took lunch with me but ended up going to a cafe just to get out of the place!! PLUS I had morning tea care of work which was more bad food. Ran 4.5km home and felt a little better about it! Off to me 2nd job now :cry:

FOOD:

M1: protein shake,almonds

M2: 1/2 afgan cookie, 1/2 date scone

M3: salmon bagel, long black

M4: Protein shake

M5: ww wrap, salmon

M6: protein shake

M7: cassein shake

Thanks Debsize! I was very tempted to have more!! Mountain bread rocks, it's so thin it's like rice paper.

given the cardio you do girl, you dont needa worry about a little bita crap like that! you could probly lose bf on cheeseburgers :pfft: :pfft:

ill say, day off = boost to your metabolism ;)

Yep New World Victoria Park is where the mountain bread is and it rocks! It's my fav stupidmarket too! :grin:

PT was hungover today and not looking too clever, it was nice to hear about somebody having fun and drinking! I remember when I used to go out!!!!

WEIGHTS:

Incline Fly: 5kg x14, 6kgx12, 7kgx10 (PB!! :grin: )

Machine fly: 21kg x16, 14kgx14

Lat Raise: 5kgx16, 6kgx14

Bench Press: 37.5kgx14, 35kgx12, 32kgx10

Squat: 40kgx14, 50kgx12, 52.5kgx10

Lunges: 10kgx15 each leg, 14kgx15 each leg

Single Calf Raise: 27kgx14x2

Reverse crunch: 14x2

Ball twist: x30x2

Ball crunch: x15x2

Superman: x10 each side

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds,banana

M2: oats, scoop PP, peaches

M3: tuna, ww wrap, sprouts

One of the good things about getting older is you can no longer remember when you used to go out and drink :roll: :pfft: So, naturally you do, and learn the same lesson again, the hard way :oops:

My PT is older than me though!! AND I'm the one staying home being boring!!

Dips: x35x2- woohoo!

LawnMower: 17kgx10, 17kgx8 -dropped this weight slightly form was getting dodgy

DB Tricep Extension: 10kgx10x2

DB Curl: 8kgx6, 7kgx6, 6kgx16

Hammer Curl: 7kgx10

ChinUp: 35kg x12x2

Tricep Pushdown: 25kgx10, 30kgx8

French Press: 10kgx10x2

Not so strong at 7am :( ended up talking alot and not concentrating enough! Damn social gym people! :lol:

M1: protein shake

M2: postworkout shake, pb

Did you eat before the wo ?

and I'm surprised there were actually people in the gym that early!

Nar didn't eat before just had protein shake and pre workout supps really should have eaten I would have lifted better! But sometimes if I eat then go lift I feel a bit sick.....

I'm at Les Mills in Victoria st, but I can come to uni gym, I have a couple of free passes to LM somewhere if you wanted to come to my gym!? Or we could do both?

Ran today 5km on treadmill, wasn't very exciting but thought it would be a nice change!

FOOD:

M1: protein shake

M2:oats, scoop PP, Peaches, ww jelly crystals for flavouring (my isolate is unflavoured and tastes awful in oats)

M3: PB, omelette,veges

M4: protein shake

M5:eggs,veges,ww wrap

M6:tofu patty,veges

M7: cassein shake

I'm at Les Mills in Victoria st, but I can come to uni gym, I have a couple of free passes to LM somewhere if you wanted to come to my gym!? Or we could do both?

Oh I would love to come to LM!! I've only been once before and it was cool :) but yeah we can definitely do both, we should try and co-ordinate maybe a deadlift session or something?

Killer tricep workout today, PT is very mean to them, I'm not sure what they have done to her!

WEIGHTS

DIPS: 35x2

Tricep Pushups: x7,x10,x20

Incline DB Fly: 5kg x14, 10, 8

BB Curl: 15kg x7 full motion, x7 top half motion, x7 lower half motion x2

Medicine ball curls: 9kg x14x2

Tricep cable pushdown: 25kg x16, 20kgx14, 20kgx12, 20kgx10

Machine Chest press: 27kgx14 x2

Cable Row: 27kg x16, x14, x 12

Cable Lat raise: 10kg x14x2

DB Lat raise: 5kgx14, 4kg x12,x10

Plank: 2x 30sec WTF???? think triceps burnt by this time!!!!

Reverse Crunch: x10

Swiss ball roll out:x10

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, banana

M2: postworkout shake

M3: eggs, salmon, ww wrap, avocado

M4: oats, scoop PP- gonna make hot porridge for a change mmmmm it's cold up here!!

Yep no bingo wings on this girl that's for sure!

21's!! My god it's the second time she has made me do them, I stand there laughing at her cause she has just made me do 70 dips and tricep pushups till failure then WTF 21 bicep curls and isolated ones at that!! :pale:
