yeah i've just started running again and loving it :), i doubt i will ever bench my bw lol!!

You have to believe! :pray: It's totally possible!

Running rocks! :shifty: :grin:

:ditto: You just have to believe... I have benching BW on my list of goals, and I WILL get there... especially if my lifts improving coincide with my bw dropping :grin:

If I'd not believed I could do it, I'd have "not done" so much - Entering 10k runs, Taupo, all those things.

Fly incline: 5kgx10,6kgx10,7kgx10

Decline fly: 5kgx10, 7kgx10

Squat: 40kgx14, 50kgx12, 55kgx10, 57.5kgx10

Single calf raise: 27kgx14, 32kgx14

Lunges: 7kg DB's x15 each leg. 8kg DB's x15 each leg+5 pulses each time

10kg bag x15 each leg AAAAArrrrr OW! :nod:

Yay Fridee!! Hoorah! TFIF!!

Ran home from work, managed to dodge the rain, but I kinda like running in it anyways.

4.5km run home

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds

M2: oats, scoop PP, peaches

M3: tofu burger,salad

M4: cottage Cheese, banana

M5: protein shake

M6: omlette, salmon,tofu

M7: gonna make Lauras Protein pancakes mmmmmmm (not sure if I own any flour though...) :doh:

Sticking to my weights one day, running the next schedule, it's much better this way! I was having trouble getting into some of my clothes which just annoys me! fridee FRIDEE FRIDEE!! :dancing: :dancing: :jive: :jive: :rockout:

Ummm what does PB mean...?

Yep as BecBec says Personal best it means I have never lifted that amount of weight before for that exercise. :grin:

I wish it was for peanut butter eating while lifting weights hmm might be a bit dry though!

Pooped-a-rama today, geez my PT really tries to kill me in the gym, all good though!! (Hi PT!! :wave: ) so I'm having my day off today, I usually have Wednesday off but I feel I need it today!

ww = whole wheat or weight watchers. No idea which one but usually stands for one of them :)

And Cassein is a type of whey protein, generally thought of as "Slower realease" probably why Vee is having before bed, so it releases through the night and feeds the muscles hehe

Yep correct Miss Laura!

WW is whole wheat I've been eating whole wheat mountain bread wrap things which are paper thin with bugger all carbs it's something to wrap my tuna in!!

Cassein is slow releasing protein so my body doesn't eat my muscles while I'm sleeping!! :shock:
