I have about 10 easter eggs left I am not kidding, 4 creme eggs, 2 hollow eggs, 1 chocolate bunny, and the rest are small solid eggs.

GIVE THEM TO SMALL

I have just eaten 2 creme eggs- I will have to add that to my food list, I feel sick now!! Seriously I can post you some as I will have to run VERY FAR to burn this crap off!!

I had a look at another gym this evening but LM has won! So I am buying a work mates membership I'm very excited at being able to squat and do the leg press competition!! Yay!!!

Joined Les Mills today, my god weights are easier when you not dealing with pre-historic machinery! I have hired myself a PT to get me out of my floundering and had a session today and will have another one on Friday YAHOO!!!! :grin:

WEIGHTS:

DB Bench Press: 8kg each hand 3x10 PB :grin:

Military press: 5kg/6kg/6kg each hand 3x10 PB :grin:

Lawnmower: 15kg 3x10

Squat: 40kg 3x10 PB :grin:

Leg extension: 27.5kg 3x10 PB :grin:

Swissball roll marlarkys: 3x10

Plank 1min30s PB :grin:

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds

M2: oats, scoop protein powder, fruit

M3: tuna, pumpkin,peas

M4: protein bar (must stop eating these things!!)

Cool what time you usually train at les mills? I have been to the one in Ponsonby or grey lynn in that area when up last time... is that the Victoria street that one? I'm shite and finding my way around auckland haha I'll be up on the 19th June if you fancy training?

Oh yeah thats the one then, it has like mercedes/lamborgini's (haha not quite) but fancy cars in the carpark!! I sat in the cafe for ages after training perving at nice guys and the trainers (good food too). And the splash pools are cool. My bro was in the guys one and horrified when a nude wrinkly old dude hopped in, he had to leave.

Yep I'd be up for a train in June for sure! :grin:

It sounds like the same one it's HUGE I am in Vee heaven there I don't want to leave!!!

Went to the gym this morning just to do cardio on the shiny machines, I am the only person red-faced dripping in sweat everybody else seems to maintain a more civilized demeanor somehow!

Cardio 15mins 9km/hour treadmill and 5mins level 8 on bike.

It was hard getting out of bed so early and ended up not getting to gym as early as I wanted so it ate into my cardio time. I have another session with a PT tomorrow :grin:

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds

M2: oats, scoop PP, fruit

M3: tuna, egg, salad

M4: pear, almonds

M5: protein shake

M6: eggs, tuna,veges

M7: casein shake

Met up with PT again tonight geez she's mean but in a good way! I have booked in for 10 sessions with her, it was great! Finally being on real weights and having a spotter to yell at me and spot! (she didn't really yell at me)

New programme starts on Monday so today we ran through a bunch of stuff to see what I can lift.

WEIGHTS:

BB BENCH PRESS: 20kgx12, 30kgx10 , 30kgx8 (PB! :grin: )

INCLINE FLYS: 5KG EACH HAND 3X10

MACHINE FLYS: 45LB 3X10

ONE ARM CABLE ROWS: 3X10 :grin: (can't remember weight!)-new to me!

ONE ARM DB ROWS: 17.5KGX10 (PB! :grin: )

ASSISTED PULLUPS: 90LB ASSISTANCE 3X8 -new to me!

DB MILITARY PRESS: 5KG X16, 4KGX18, 4KG X20 TO FAIL

SQUAT: 20KG X 14, 30KG X 12, 40KG X12

LATERAL RAISE: 5kg x18, 4kgx16, 2kg x12- need to up this weight too easy

STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWN: 3x12 70lb (PB! :grin: )

Eliptical machine thingy for 20mins then my feet went numb!

bike 5 mins level 9

FOOD:

M1: protein shake, almonds

M2: oats, scoop PP, fruit

M3: tuna, egg, salad

M4: apple, almonds

M5: protein bar

M6: postworkout shake

M7: omelette, veges
