Fractured 2nd and 3rd vertebrae. BPC157??

Hey all, 

I've fractured 2 vertebrae which is really going to wreck my workouts and in turn my mental health... I don't go the gym for the muscles. I go for my head and the muscles are a great side effect.

 

Anyway, Wondering if anyone on here has any tips on speeding up the recovery I've read alot about BPC 157 it used to look like a bit of a fad years ago but now there's some actual research behind it. I'm thinking most BPC 157 in NZ will most likely be fake hey?

 

Any other supps anyone can recommend? I can still train l legs and arms I think no complex movements however just extensions and curls really. Maybe light lateral raises...
