What's with the ridiculous amount of spam on the forum these days ....? Is gymrat still moderating .. ? 

 

It's a shame, its been a long time since I have logged onto here as interests have moved on it recent years but this was a good community in the past which connected myself to people I still keep in touch with to this date.
