100x10- this was a whole new world of hurt, probably got some kind of brain annuerism judging from the headache i had after, but thats half the fun aint it.

thanks, quite stoked with how my squats have been progressing.

Took the day off yesterday and today was a half day of moving large rugs upstairs so wasnt in best form by the time i got home, took today off aswell, hopefully should be benefical after several weeks of maxing out, back in tomorrow for international benchpress monday.

i will be happy with a 110 bench 140 squat and 165 deadlift but those wont be my final tries unless i fail early.

Deadlift and squats could go either way, im not sure how ive managed to add 25kg to my squat and lose some off my deadlift but ahwell.

Quite looking forward to this comp.

thanks.

more furniture moving and whatnot today so not 100% but a big hit of dextrose and caffeine helped.

mostly shoulder work, a few sets widegrip chins. Just experimenting with shoulder work, one arm db push presses, some off the floor explosive work similar to olympic lifts n whatnot.

just did the usual workouts the last few days, a bench a squat and a deadlift day, the squat day was quite hard, hopefully it was just an off day.

Had my last full on workout today, hopefully in the time before the comp all the little niggles i have accumulated heal up fine. Now just gotta watch my sodium intake and rest up, stretch some things out and wait for saturday.

fat c*nt that i am even with some severe dehydration and nothing in my stomach i was still 83, just out of the 82.5 category. Ahwell. 200 grams of dextrose a redbull and a few powerades later i was pretty revived.

Managed 2 pbs

145kg squat, 110 bench, 170 deadlift.

To all those that have read my log leading up to this thankyou, the competition was great.
