u believed that excuse? bro he was gonna rip off yr room...

He was for real.. I think, cause I escorted him to the door, he went to the apartment upstairs and banged on the door till someone let him.. but anyway, I insured the apartment lol ....and keep a "torch" (with 5 d cells) under my bed lol

crap i forgot about dressing gowns that would have been the perfect solution to my problem. although I dont know if i trust myself to put one on when i need to pee in the middle of the night...

well I bought a new nightie today haha.

back on subject - Its day one of my summer cut (hmmm, that sounds familiar haha). So I went to see Jo which was awesome and I have a diet/programme sussed out. I think I'm having carb withdrawls, feel so weird.

Bought some new protein and have 2 more on the way, determined to get some nice tasting stuff. I was at the supermarket and the EAS was $20 off so picked up a 900g tub. It tastes awesome like chocolate milk. The stuff I had this morning almost made me gag.. I've been on a protein hiatus lol.

So did quads this morning almost died, also had a half an hour interruption in the middle of my workout.. :cry:

oh yeah, i am 26.3% bodyfat!! aiming for 21% :)

front squats 4 x 10 x 35kg

db walking lunges 20 x 10kg dbs

leg press 4 x 10 x 90kg

db walking lunges 20 x 10kg dbs

bb stiff leg deadlifts 4 x 10 x 40kg

db walking lunges 20 x 10kg dbs

bb reverse lunges 4 x 10 x 30kg

db walking lunges 20 x 10kg dbs

shoulders tomorrow...

Fisrt couple of days are the worst. I know you got a diet off Jo, that you should probably stick to, but........nuts = sanity!!

Works for me anyway, and I spent 5 months this year (essentially) comp dieting.

haha I only have 2 weeks to stick out of the hardcore, I will do it no two ways about it

Well so far I am a dieting machine. Entering day 3...

Diet yesterday:

M1 Protein

M2 Protein

M3 Chicken/asparagus

M4 Protein

M5 Protein

M5 Nandos Chicken steak -> made the best of a bad situation and it was mean. Just a whole chicken breast nothing else \:D/

Dude I don't think I have ever had 4 protein shakes in a day haha. I am so lazy. I like them more than food lol

Did shoulders yesterday am update later and chest today am update later
