Oh my goshhhhhh I should have listened to you guys haha.

I was going so well yesterday!! got to my 5th meal, had my protein shake, got home, put chicken in the oven.. opened fridge....omg....... saw the best chocolate/cherry/macadmia/cookie/apricot fudge EVER and ate what was left of it O_O

Anyway stood on the scales this morning and was 66.0kg. Hmmm. Think scales could be broken. Also ran to work today \:D/

or you could just do what we do and try 'not' having stuff like that in your refridgerator :D

scales are evil, i suggest a measuring tape.. and take your measurements as per bb.com measurement areas ;)

Sounds good to me I think I will have to make that dish the next time I have a cheat meal expect for the only problem for me is I dont have a microwave.What be a good seting to cook the custrad on the stove?

well ya dont wanna burn the skim milk, so you could try having the temperature about the same as you would if you were heating milk up.. around the halfway mark on an element and just keep stiring until almost boiled, then chuck your cup with the 'stuff' in :D

Yeah its kinda hard when I have just moved back to my parents and now have to share a fridge with them and my younger brother. Plus who am I kidding I put all the bad food in there on labour weekend haha!! Normally I am fine with that... sigh...onwards and upwards anyway.

yes. ohmygosh it is really the best thing I have ever eaten. Must never ever touch it again, once you pop you really can't stop haha

nah pbars are all good-had them on my first comp diet-came in at 12% so ha!

all in moderation (i.e one a day :wink: )

the BEST pbars are doctors carbrite bars:

-cookie dough

-american brownie

-peanutbutter choc

-smores

-raspberry choc

-mint choc

-lemon cheesecake

yuummmm =P~

um optimum nutrition has em (pitt street, over the shore, has all the flavours), i have seen xtreme nutrition w em as well :)

Cheers!! Can u rank what u reckon the best 3 flavours are? I like real sweet things but don't like the artificial flavour taste, so fruity ones normally make me gag but chocolatey ones are all good...

M4: 1 serve pp + espresso + 200ml trim milk

M5: Chicken, beansprout, onion + cumin salad

1,312 calories 85g protein

Man when I do dairy I don't do it by halves!! Normally I don't have milk at all and having it in my shakes was SO good. I froze the espresso and blended with a sticker mixer and it was deeeevine. Tummy hurts a bit from emotions :( and lactose lol.

Tomorrow: BRING ON DEADLIFTS!!!!!!! :dancing: I am going to go HARD. Sleepys soon x

can i ask where you have got your diet from?

could be tweaked, to give you better gains..

eg. each meal should have all these macronutrients in them, 40% CHO, 40% PRO, 20% FAT.. 'good' fats :D

1 orders cookie dough + american brownie from real nutrition they were the cheapest by a few $$ online, they already called me to say they will deliver them to my home today yayas

mm the chai latte's were mean, the lipton sachets u get are 110cal and u just pour boiling water in, so good. I just realised I didnt add in the protein from my chicken probably would have been about 110 I know still not enough :( :naughty:

Thanks!! Yeah it seems sooo weird that just a few weeks ago I pulled 95.0 and a 90 for 2 on the same day!! Im like.. helloo.. where has my strength gone hahah!! I keep telling myself its just because I am training in the morning and im half asleep :roll:

Yes I know. I have been really slack!! Not sure what happened to my motivation :( OK I just had a major sobering moment. I went to the DR about my PCOS (polycystic ovaries) and shes like so hop on the scales. They read 67.0kgs!! I was like, WTF. Now I didnt weigh myself this morning so I cant compare but I had one of the best weekends ever eating wise so not sure what the hell.

She's like, you need to get back down to 58-60kgs and your symptoms will go away. Im like, dude, I was that weight when I was 14-16. O_O oh man. But then I realised I do really want to get close to 60. SO my new plan is more chicken. No more crazy food that screws up my blood sugar levels and messes with my IR. Im going back on the pill so hopefully that will help me lose weight too because my hormones wont be so messed up. :/

Your health is paramount, so the warning from your doc is good motivation to lose the extra kgs.. piss off symptoms! :P

Btw, the pill makes you lose weight?? Every time I went on it, I blew up lol. Yeah... I blame the pill for that :shifty:
