what protein bar and protein shake do you use?

Horleys P33 cos they taste so damn good!! Im using them to wean myself off my massive sugar high from the weekend or so I tell myself hehe. Protein shakes I make up myself either with half a banana or just water and 2 scoops of reactiv defining whey chocolate or reactiv pure isolate (unflavoured).

Be careful with the P33's. Loads of sugar in them. Try the carb less range from horleys, the banana one isn't bad.

Yeah I just kinda gave myself a kick up the ass when I was entering the nutrional info into thedailyplate. I used to stick to 20g carbs/day on cutting diet, and this morning I have already had 60g!! Oh well. I will get through this stash I have and then limit to one a week as a semi cheat meal.

:)

Yep I agree the carbless ones are great!!

Available in 4flavours!

Chewy Banana Caramel

Choco Coconut Brownie

Double Dutch Choc Fudge

Mochaccino Mudcake

I like the Double Dutch Choc Fudge. All Starmarts and most supermarkets have them

mmkay those flavours sound better than the P33s flavours. Will swap over. But really need to get back into mixing powder... soooo lazy

microwave for 5-8 minutes on high until almost boiled,

mix 2-3 tablespoons custard powder and 2 squirts of sucralose to sweeten, in 1/3 cup cold water.

I'd try to stay off the bars - espesh with trying to cut cravings. They can make you crave even more!

Keep up the good work! Dont be lazy, keep focusing on the goal and how you want the end result!

Tend to agree with you here. STINK as they are nice from time to time, but yeah you want more or think about cakes and things after having one. We know that aint good for Laura the cake monster

Oh my goshhhhhh I should have listened to you guys haha.

I was going so well yesterday!! got to my 5th meal, had my protein shake, got home, put chicken in the oven.. opened fridge....omg....... saw the best chocolate/cherry/macadmia/cookie/apricot fudge EVER and ate what was left of it O_O

On a positive note there is none left for me to eat.

On a negative note Im also trying to reconcile things with my ex. So I cooked him dinner last night which was this mean chicken carbonara and I ate like a small serving of it.

Flippin heck day 2 of a diet and I'm already way off the tracks haha.

Anyway stood on the scales this morning and was 66.0kg. Hmmm. Think scales could be broken. Also ran to work today \:D/
