Just saw your blog being linked to on another page.. and I ended up spending waaaahhhaaayyyy too much time on there looking at pics and recipes lol2.gif Man, you can bake woman!

Awesome work with the squats :nod: I'm sure it won't take long for you to get your strength back.. muscle memory and all that jazz lol.

Hahah thanks :) yeah, its a shame that food tastes so damn good. i wish i didnt like the taste of food, then i could bake all i wanted without fear of eating it :P

oh man im losing it a little bit diet wise. gotta stop making freaking caramel slice. its so damn good. i swear i ate about 3000 calories yesterday. not exactly cutting material.

and i keep adding milo to my coffee. for starters im not even meant to be on coffee it breaks me out and gives me migraines...smart.

went to gym yesterday had a mean workout. so sore today...weee....

as you can see i havent been sticking to that. but my gym situ is resolved now, bring on more training. oh man. had 2 x cookies and cream horleys p33 bars today.. sooo sweet.. best way to wean myself off caramel slice hehehe

its pretty calorific thats for sure hehe.. i actually took some pics but left them on the pc at my apartment... ah thanks for the welcome i feel right at home hehe...

made it to the gym again!! onwards and upwards back into it i reckon. and my calories were still too high and still havent weaned myself off the milo coffees but no caramel slice was consumed woot!!

gym:

bicep curls + skull crushers

think i will make it to uni gym on sat morning, not sure for what though, have completely killed my routine and needa start again.

breakfast: 1 x horleys p33 cookies and cream protein bar.. mmmm

1xmilo coffee

lunch: chicken salad

m3: 1 x horleys p33 cookies and cream protein bar.. oh man.. sooooo good

pre w/o: whey isolate shake with water + frozen berries

m6: protein pancakes.

riding bike tomorrow to work.... euurgh.

Have you ever tried Jarrah's hot chocolates Laura? You can get sachets of the low-fat stuff (only 42 cals & 9g carbs per sachet). Add a tsp of coffee and it tastes (almost lol) like a cafe-made moccacino... yum.gif

i cant say i have!! i will look out for this at the supermarket tomorrow :D thanks for the tip. Although I realllly should wean myself off coffee altogether it seems to give me an instant migraine the day I can't get one.. like today.. ew..

Tomorrow begins my 2 month cut!!

Im feeling so gross at the moment. What a change a week of freaking terrible eating makes.

No real goals apart from to be as close to 60kgs as possible and lose the lower body fat. Bring it on. Gym access = sorted although making the switch to morning training is gonna be a bitch haha.

consistently at 63.0kgs - get a haircut.. haha for most girls this is a regualar thing, for me its kind of an annual thing lol

consistently at 60.0kgs - go real life bikini shopping and buy whatever looks good. haha. im liking these goals!!

made pumpkin pie today. thats on top of eating the leftovers of ricotta, fig and honey tart from yesterday.. ooooh damn... :lol:

Training split for the next 30 days:

Monday: Squats, Biceps, Triceps, Cable leg pulls

Wednesday A.M: Bench, Shoulders, Pull ups

Friday: Deadlifts, Calves, Triceps

Diet:

Monday: Slightly up the carbs for squats. 1600 calories.

Tuesday: High protein, High fat trace carbs day 1300 calories

Wednesday: High protein low carb day 1300 calories

Thursday:Mod carbs high protein 1400 calories

Friday: High protein mod carbs 1400 calories

Saturday: High protein med carbs 1300 calories

Sunday High protein trace carbs 1300 calories

Thoughts on the split desperately needed. Im noobing out lol

um. well.... im gonna ride my bike to work every day that its not raining? and er um, walk the dog after work. Ok, and do one session of cardio on the weekend!!

Ok thanks for the suggestion I will add a bent over one arm db row to wednesday :)

cable leg pulls... im not really sure what the proper name is for them.. u stick the cable velcro on your ankle and lift your leg out to the side. I dunno what they actually do but I like them..

Day One of cut!

Well I hoped on the scales this morning and I was 67.0!! What the hell dammit haha. Just a few weeks ago I was 64. I guess this shows that you can't just eat chocolate fudge, pumpkin pie, fig tart, custart tart, caramel slice etc ALL DAY!! Haha. Why have I still not learnt this lesson. I have probably ingested over 10,000 calories in the last few days. Ohhh dear.

Anyway I RAN(!!) to work today for the first time ever. Sometimes I ride my bike but running was actually not too bad other than my backpack gave me chaffing and made me look like a dork lol.

Gym tomorrow morning early early I really need to get to bed and be sleeping by 10pm so I am going to aim to be in my room around 9.30 so I can read etc then sleepies. Haven't done an early morning workout in soo long.

Diet for today:

M1: Cottage cheese/Protein pancakes 250cal

M2: Protein bar

M3: Tuna (forgot my salad)

M4: Protein shake

M5: Chicken salad

Ride or run home undecided yet. I really loved running and if I can run home without my backpack I might do that. On a side note as I was running down this hill I could feel the fat on my upper thighs jiggling and it kind of felt burny.. all tingley.. and went really red haha. I like to think I can actually feel the fat like being dissapated.. wishfull thinking I know heheh. Have a good day everyone x

:pfft: you sound like me, all I've eaten for the past week is very similar. 3kgs isn't a lot, sometimes your body could be 64kgs am and 67kgs last at night so I wouldn't stress. Nice work on the run with a backpack :wink:

Haha yes but at least you have some justification!! I am just a pigggg! Fat pig lol. I have literally eaten till I feel ill the last few days ... tut tut

Have you thought about using an supplements to help you while cutting? Like Diuretics or thermogenics? Im in the middle of cutting at the moment and am using Animal Cuts. The fat is sliding off. Just an idea :grin:

lol. yes tan makes the most difference haha!! u can hide like 4kgs of fat with a dark tan I reckon :P I gotta take some pictures tonight, not looking forward to it because I have reaaaally let myself go recently. Sigh. Ah well at least they will make good progress piccies.

I haven't really thought about it because I always figured you needed to get your diet sorted first. But I am tempted, that stuff looks good although I need to research everything in it before I buy I am a bit of a geek like that...
