Hi Laura,

just my 2cents and speaking from personal experience - I find that baking is the downfall of sticking to my diet. what are your thoughts?

I enjoy it too, but alas, have no control when it comes to licking the bowl of chocolate mousse or whatever baking mix is in there or comign straight out of the oven.

Prior to my move to my new place in January I'll be sure to get rid of the staples for baking, i.e. flour, sugar

oh PS - Onnutrion - rootbeer flavour protein, ewww, tastes like medicine.

yes, completely the downfall. i cut it out for 2 weeks and i was going sooooooooooooo well, then i having baking "commitments" because of family weddings.. and where is my willpower!! but i love doing it so much too.. can't win...

laura, i shouldnt offer you this in the interests of your diet, but if you wanting some slightly more challenging(but not healthy) recipes pm me, i got lots. Ive ben a baker for 8 years, got lotsa goodies!

it is good... and I have a whole lot of it in the freezer, i just need to do the chocolate and give it away really really really fast before it can get eaten. Even chopping it up is dangerous.. cos an uneven slice might happen to form and then need to be "disposed of" lol...

Hey laura I'm a fellow cutter trying to loose the body fat. Whats the deal with the no carb then high fat days? I've pretty much only heard of high protein days.

well they are all pretty zero carb and high protein but with the odd high fat day to make sure you don't go crazy. i dunno, i need to lose a bit more so i can regain some moderation!!

Squats - 4 x 10 x 60kg

Walking Lunges 1 x 10 x 10kg db each hand

Leg Press 4 x 10 x 213lb

Walking Lunges 1 x 10 x 10kg db each hand

Deadlifts 2 x 10 x 50kg, 2 x 10 x 40kg dude where did my 90kg dls go

Walking Lunges 1 x 10 x 10kg db each hand

Reverse bb lunges 4 x 10 x 35kg

Walking Lunges 1 x 10 x 10kg db each hand

Sweated like a pigg

Diet:

M1: Oats w/3 tsp lf yoghurt

M2: BSN Lean Dessert

M3: 150g chicken, hummus, asparagus

M4: ON Cookies n Cream

M5: Chicken + salad

M6:

I think I want to buy some scivation whey so i can make protein brownies. im having a really hard time stomaching shakes at the moment.. so gross even though the flavours are nice. either that or swapping for cc pancakes for a few days...

I have never been so freakin tired. Had about 4 hours sleep for the past 4 nights... Its getting to me. Been icing a friends wedding cake for hours on end, and other nights going through some *issues*. So I'm just trying not to keel over at the moment. I'm also house sitting for a few more days so my shit is just all over the place.

Skipped gym this morning so I could sleep in for another hour, man I needed it!! Feeling (and looking) a wee bit more alive this morning. Hopefully, hopefully will get what needs to be done tonight so I can gap it to the gym, and then go shopping for a wedding present and a dress!! Dude. So full on...

Yesterday was a semi disaster food wise but made it to the gym for a mean shoulder workout am on 4 hours sleep... Been cranking the coffee too.

Today:

M1: Oats

M2: PB

M3: Chicken or tuna depending if I can get out of the office

M4: Protein shake

M5: ?

M6: ?

And chest workout PM hopefully. Can't wait till this saturday when all of this is overrrrrrr

Crikey that is a mean leg workout you got sore leggies still? Man everyone is tired hun, just that time of year so don't stress.

yeah legs acheing like mad. woke up with insane calf cramp last night too arg so painful. yay just got some chicken mmm roasty. so good. hello real food again :D

Well I have been keeping up my gym stuff but eating was -10 over xmas period, been pretty clean since though and the weight is shedding pretty fast. need to crank in some cardio. sigh I wish I had been better on my diet but just too much stress... weak.

plan to be good until i lose what I want... hopefully by my birthday in feb I will be where I want to be..
