Cheers man this is a bit of an old post so need to update. im now sitting at 94kg 6% bodyfat so only 6kg left to get a hold of by christmas this year.

18Kgs in 10 months I am guessing that a fair portion of that will be water retention and accumulated body fat with about half being actual muscle
