From 69kg to 87kg

Hey all

This will be my first post so thought id start with my own personal progress..

as at the beginning of this year i was a very lanky 69kg and standing 6"3' tall and 21 years old its not so pretty..

After 10 months of training im now sitting at a steady 87kg

Thanks Mate

was taking Muscletech nanox9 and Balance Ion Exchange WPI Protein before every workout and on the off days just the Protein and Balance Monohydrate Creatine..

am now still taking the protein and RAMPAGE..... Now this stuff in amazing. i somewhat love it... current bench press is 5 sets of 10 reps (80kg-90kg-100kg-90kg-80kg)

Thanks mate its funny how a bit of determination pays off..

just got sick of being the weedy lanky guy haha.

my goal was 85kg im now chasing a fit 100kg fingers crossed by this time next year...

you look just like i used to, good work

started 2 weeks ago :P heh :oops:

Awesome man keep it up pretty easy when you get into it.. Eat well and train hard... dont forget them rest days.. i was training 7 times a week and made less gains than when i traind 3 times a week.

Well done man! Stick at it and bring on the 100kg :clap:

I hate my height sometimes, im sitting at 103kg and still feel way too small,

Want to hit 110 lean then I will be happy,

I started at 88ish kgs about 7 months ago so similar progress

Im with you on that man. wow thats a pretty awesome weight and look at your hulk abbs thats mad L)

Great going on the increase, its hardcase with this as I am trying to get where you are now (87-88kg) and you are trying to get where I am now.

I can give you the kg's if you want...lol
