Ok heres a update , Today, day off---------.

Yesterday Chest n calves

Cabel Cross overs, 5 sets, reps 16-10

Hammer Stength Incline presses,5 sets, reps 12-8, TopWeight 80kg per side.

Hammer strength flat press, 4 sets,reps 14-10,tp/w 70kg per side

Incline DB flyes ,5 sets, reps 20-8, tp/w 35kgdb

Machine pec deck,5 sets, reps 18-10, tp/w 180 lb

Machine standing calve raises, 8 sets, reps 20-10, tp/w 300lb

20 min stat bike,felt a little fatiged today but dug in and did my work!

Supplements, prior to w/o serve of Efferfecient creatine and glutamine, plus 1x stacker2 thermo( these are new and trying them out ,and they rock kick your work out right up a notch), During workout Sip on Stacker2 protein water( this is new to, great way to keep you in a positve nitrogen state if you train for over a hour like i do )Post w/o 4 x bcaas, another Efferfecient creatine Glutamine sevrve and shake, didnt sleep today as I trained at 4 pm.

Today was leg day, tried to beef it up a little but just cant hit the squat power yet, but it wil come, as my legs are starting to get back in shape!

Leg ext 3 sets, 20 reps

Squats(heels slightly elevated)

Set 1, 15 reps,w/ 60-kg

Set 2, 15 reps,w/ 100kg

Set 3, 12 reps,w/ 100kg

Set 4, 10 reps,w/ 140kg

Set 5, 8 reps, w/ 180kg

Set 6, 6 reps , w/ 200kg

Set 7, 4 reps , w/ 220kg

Leg Press

Set 1, 15 reps, w/280kg

Set 2, 10 reps, w/360kg

Set 3, 8 reps , w/400kg

leg ext,super setted with 20kg DB lunges

4 x sets

20 min stat bike.

My legs are killing me at the momment, can always tell if i have done the required work on legs as they start to ache about 4-5 hrs after workout rather than the next day !!

The Stacker2 is awesom man, Im not useing them as a Thermo per say, but as a stimulant prior to training, only 1- 30 mins prior to working out, they seem to give you a huge steady rise in performance and energy , not a big anxiety dumb and then nothing like some thermos do, as a properly used Thermogenic they would be fantastic, but fat burning is not my goal at present, intensity is!!
