Website modifications

I've been making some changes to the NZBB site.

The two major items of interest are:

- We now have an About NZBB page for our "mission statement".

- The Tools section that has been "coming soon" for quite some time has finally come. It's looking pretty sparse at the moment though, so let me know if you think of anything you'd like to see in there.

There've been lots of other little tweaks and adjustments about the place too. I think I've got everything back in working order - but give me a yell if you find something broken.
