Really strong side pose - but I think you probably already know that! :D

Your tris, chest, and delts look great. You could do with a bit more peak on the biceps, and there are a few ways of tackling this:

- Get them bigger (obviously!)

- Lower the body fat (more separation between delts and biceps give the appearance of a bigger peak)

- Improve your posing. Lift your arms so that biceps are slightly higher than your delts. Rotate your wrists inwards as much as much as possible. If you look at your front pose, your palms are facing the camera. They should be pointing towards your head.

have you injured your right arm in the past? may be just the way you are posing. You need to talk to someone that knows it well and start practicing every night.

You have potential but potential can lose points when its not shown in it's best light.

What weight do you think you will come in at?

yes i have had a injury, i dislocated my left shoulder a year and abit go when i was playing american football and never been the same.

cheers for the posing pointers i will have to work on that.

for the wieght im not sure ive changed my diet and doing cardio

in the morinings and already abit leaner so guessing mid to high 80's.
