hardkore!

so no gym for last 4days-did an hours cardio on sat AM fasted but nuthing since then-since i got that cold 2weeks ago, my health has been iffy (never fully recovered), and now ive decided nap, ima wait until im fully better-try and keep diet good (which wont be happening-as end of schoola nd i got all these luncheon/awards etc on)

but my diets been like:

Monday November 3rd :o november!-movember-my bro is growing one :? ug haha

Diet:

8AM 1.2 cup oats, 1scoop pp, 100G lite peaches

11AM 1 can CC, 12 almonds

1PM 1 can plain tuna, 1 apple

4PM 1 can sweetchi tuna, 3 strawb

715PM 200g reduced fat mince

Tuesday November 4th

Diet:

9AM 1.2cup oats, 1 scoop pp, 100G lite peaches

11AM 1 can CC, 12 almonds

130PM 1/4can plain tuna, coupla stawberries

4PM 1 JHC + 2xvogels w PB

tonight: Art Awards evening...oo yeah recognition for excellence in Art History 8) so prolly eat suma tha free food there

havent been keeping my food in me very well lately-feel like spewing half the time. saw the nurse todya ended up falling asleep in her room :pfft: so gotsta gotsta get better before i train again!

Weigh In: a shade under 64kgs \:D/

mehh; feelin a bit better today-but darned lazy so decided to have a train-felt weak :( so didnt push too hard but gota get back into it

-one arm db row 17.5kg 6, 7, 6, 8

-deadlifts 40kg 10, 50kg 10, 60kg 6, 2

-seated row 52kg 12, 59kg 10, 8, 8

-latpulldown straight (2 aid the useless pull ups) 5plates 12 +6plates 4, 10 +7plates 3, 10 + 5plates 6

-Vgrip pulldown 75lbs 9, 86lbs 8, 75lbs 8, 7

-rear flyes on incline bench 4kgs 8x4

Diet: :-s sharedy lunch in last art double lesson anyone ? 8)

720AM 1/3cup oats, 70G yog, 1 scoop pp

1215PM: 2handfuls hotchips, 3tbspn ketchup, 3 timtams, 6 hundreds&thousandsbickis, 3 striped bickies, 2 soho crackers, 2 jellybabies, 5 fruitbursts, 1 glass sprite, 1 handful seasalt chips, 2 carrot sticks w wee bit feta dip

330PM 1x mini cabury favourites cherry ripe (was still in my car from when I was breaking the law last nite :pfft: )

630PM 1 large can CC mayo

730PM 50g dewinkel strawb yog (help w my sickness replaces all the enzymes lost in tum)

830PM 80G chicken, 150G vege, TB apricot sauce

45kg 5, 3 (felt great, like i could have gone heavier, but was at a diff gym and didnt have a spotter so kept to myself-cheering at my PB n the inside-arching the back does help too!)

65kg 7, 6

70kg 5, 4 (PM on reps-only think ive done 2 reps/1set @ 70kg before)

-deadlifts

60kg 6, 2, 2 (crap bags-was gudi then cruddy felt my form slipping and was fatigued so ..gave..up :shifty: )

-db curls 10kg 8 8 8, 6

Cardio: treadmill walking lvl 6 86cals apparently pssht

i wasnt even gonna go-then at 5PM go fired up so went

my gym was closed-randomly-so went ot a diff one and its amazing how great a w.o can be when you are in a bad mood :D

Diet:

720AM 1/3 cup oats, 1 scoop pp, 70ml strawb aphodoplicis yog

11AM 1 can sweetchi tuna, 12 almonds

1PM Maori (free) Lunch yeahhhh (didnt even know we had it)

3 pieces Dominoes Meatlovers pizza, 1 fanta, 4 mini moro golds

3PM 2 mini moro golds

740PM 1 pshake

and then that is it apart from some coke zero later than night

pretty shit tbh prolly 65kg mark again coz porfolios/assignments/end of school shizz due

but done my 40mins cardio everymorning this week :D

and trained:

Mon-shoulders & traps

Tues-chest

Wed-back

Thurs-legs; 75kg squat x4 and 160kgs legpress x6 [woo felt owned after it]

tomro will train at a different gym [like i did last friday, and fridays from now on] ad do either powerlifting stuff (but expect legs to be sore) or arms

stoked to be done school. never ever have to go back. ever. (barr 4exams, and signout day)

(not like the song however-more like get day One of 49days hell done and dusted :wink: )

i have a messiah now who has got me sorted

they have planned out everything :pray: thankyou now i just have to do

yet to confirm the actual diet/cardio/weights/supp routine but will be fairly standard and plan to make bigg things happen in the next 6 weeks (before XMAS)

NO CHEATING

i got a free 7day trial in my letterbox-keen to go check it out

Nah im back training at the Uni gym in the mornings, although may hit les mills new lynn for a few weeks while im carless. CityFitness is not bad tho eh just prepare yourself for some strange looks heh

CityFitness is not bad tho eh just prepare yourself for some strange looks heh

uni gym is really good and cheap $425 i think if u have never been before to auckland uni to study or whatever, can get vvvvvvv busy in evenings tho.
hmmm how much is uni gym for a casual?

i think il be splitting my time up next year between uni gym/bts/and my norm gym

no haha city fitness is the do 10 x reps of 1kg kinda gym.
i must admit-started high rep training-lots volume and sometimes 1kg seems like the goer! :?

Sat: AM 40mins Cardio/PM 40mins cardio

Sun: Rest Day

All training is now high reps, high volume training; ala another cardio

Working really good; sore/tight muscles the next day-never trained like this before, feels abit stink though halfing weights (eg legp now 80kg not 160kg but owello-get over it Small :lol:)

Powerlifting (Fridays) is my heavy day-got tired and sick of it so left after doing my traps (instead of deadlifts) good thing is i can easily crank out 45kg bench for 8 now, so will try for 50kg next week :grin:

Diet: Has been great (not perfect-hada can of chopchopchicken after an exam rather than chicken or tuna haha) all week

Pretty standard fare: oats, PP, tuna, chicken, almonds, kumara-in limmiiiteeed quantities-o the joy :x

On a side Note: random people (chicks) just came to my door and were like "hi we are ... and ... and we have a book to hand out to you about 'how to keep your kids safe on the internet'"

i was like wtf

And then she goes "Its about predators and how to be aware of them on the computer, are you home alone?"

Me: "Um No, everyone i here-still in bed-im the youngest one here I'm 18 I dont think we need this" {thinking dodgey!} and then i added "I mean my brother is 21-hes a police officer-we are quite aware of what is on the computer"

Her: "Oh..well it doesnt just have internet safety articles-its got a religious bit in it :roll: and also you see (shows me) a article on bison..."

Me: "K thanks"...shutting the door now

:-s What the hell?!?

OMG just looked out my window and saw them girls again (about 20mins later) they have multiplied theres about 20 of them!!! GaH! Invasion :shock:

** Yesterdays Workout was so great-Powerlifting day

I did 8 sets deadlifts, and 7 sets bench (and some traps)

Deadlift i got PB of 75kg; was a clean lift with perfect form-gym staff watching

Bench i got a PB of 50kg!! :grin: was just one rep by myself, gymy spotted me on 2nd rep which i couldn't get up; but stoked with those two PBs

In terms of weight im sticking at around 63kg-hada cheat y.day which im yet to inform trainer of :oops: but owello; dont think my BF% will go down becasue this has been a shocker of a week; fatigued and disgruntled with alot-Friday was a lovely surprise and a happy ending to a crapola week

1 more exam-Monday PM 3H arthistory and then im done done done :dancing:
