She wasn't at the Olympia, but I dig Noel Clark's physique. Super strong too, and from reading her blog... a humble chick :)
yeah watched that she looks good, realy proportioned upperbody didnt see her legs-she was preparing for junior worlds? how old is jnr over ther?

She was prepping for the NPC Junior Nats in the US. As far as I know, its a pro-qualifier for their figure & fitness categories, so doesn't have anything to do with age as such.

She's not a bigtime Figure competitor (yet ;)), but just stumbled across her blog one day and became intrigued after she mentioned problems having to almost 'de-muscle' herself to fit what the judges look for in the figure category !

(nawt badd seeing as the heaviest i was, was 68.5 haha ugh)

Spot the contradiction.... be happy you'll hit your goal weight while "everyone else" is worrying about how to hide their winter bodies under summer clothes!.

Besides, all the training will give you a mean jab, cross and hook to deal to them!

Good on you for speaking up, what the hell were they wispering about anyway?! Im in awe of your discipline.. hopefully some of it is gonna rub off on me from hanging around here hehe.

Hope schools not being too much of a drag... sounds like your weight loss goals are very similar to mine. I would love to be 59 kgs... Its kind of my secret goal that I have always had however pretty sure I will never make it there haha.
