On another serious topic, I saw in the bickie section in the boxes that fudge and you make it in the microwave, might be aunt betties I think, you tried, man it looks good, I was reading the ingredients. Yep I stiffed the box haha couldn't smell anything :-s

speech is on: evolution of women's role in society

but it is a seminar so we have to have interaction also-so im baking a pack of those cookies (or buying some) to show how women were once expected to serve their guests no matter what..and compare it to the lack of those tendicies relative in society today yahyahyah...

haha i tried to figure that out vs my weight & lifts and i got 1.23 or summin-i was never good @ maths (dont even take it this year!)..but feel free to enlighten me? :grin:

Morning Small, you might need to change your name soon hehe as you won't be small for long. So diet starts Monday eh what ya going to be doing?

morning-feels like ive been awake two whole days, got 2 hours sleep 2 nites ago, about 4 hours last nite and am stoofed.

ima do this for diet (but a poolie @ gym told me it not enuff hahaha)

B: 1/2cup oats, 1scoop pp, 100G litepeaches (cept PP not ordered yet)

MT: can chopchop or can flav tuna + carbs

L: 100G chicken or can plain tuna, 300G vege, 100G carbs, TB sauce

PreWo 1 pshake

Post Wo 1 pshake

D: 150G chicken/steak, 3-4cups veges, TB sauce

about 1400cals, 130g protien

diet may vary however with K1 on mon/wed/fri, and sun @ work i dont realy eat much tbh :D

Yep looks good small. I'm going to try the keto diet under the atkins post in a couple of weeks, then still get to have PB :grin: What is your weight like at the mo, probably heavier than me now :cry: You are going to weekly updates aye?

Monday October 13 [51 Days..]

Exercise:

Weights: Back Wo gym was packed; idiots eveywhere hogging everything i need!

-tbar row 20kg 10 10, easy 25kg 8 8 hard

-lat pdown 87lbs 10, 10 easy, 100lbs 8, 7 hard

-seated row 59kg 10 10 real easy, 66kg 7 7 hardy!

-one arm db row 20kgs 8 8 good nice weight now, 22.5kgs soon

-deadlifts 40kg 10, 50kg 10 60kg 6, 6 doing this near my brother, he got all shitty - 60kgs a bit much he thinks prolly

-closegrip pulldown (but not like latpdown its with a small handle-love this exercise now!) 75lbs 10, 86lbs 10, 9, D/S 86lbs 8, 54lbs 8, 45lbs 8, 20lbs 10, 14lbs 15

Cardio: 15mins skipping - worked up awesome sweat! its great

Diet:

8AM 200ml milk, 1 can sweetchilli tuna

11AM 1 can sweetchilli tuna, 1 banana

1PM 1 can plain tuna, 300G vege, 100G potato TB sweetchi

345PM 1 can chopchop chicken mayo, 4x cornthins

8PM 150G chicken, 150G brocolli, TB sweetchilli

940PM 1 diet yog, 1 JHC

not quite diet diet, but all clean foods no probs amping this cutting period

Yeah keto is cheese or PB rather than carbs.

Hell nice weights there Small, your lat pulldown and seated row is mean! Diet looks good so far too :D

Hehe, good luck with the cutting! Should be easy peasy for ya given the longer timeframe :grin: Do you get any cheat meals during the week?

dieting is so much gayer than i remeber urrgllh

haha not much longer time frame i have 50days untill i go away on a four day holiday (read: no exercise, no dieting...booze) so Have to look good then-then after than right back on to it for 3weeks until xmas

yes i have one cheat meal; sunday at 2PM a 6inch subway sub of the day (club) or another protieny sub that I want

...no cookies :cry:

Cardio: HiiT Skipping -10 mins (1min on, 1 min off; total 10mins actual skipping)

8AM 1 can sweetchi tuna, 200ml lite milk

11AM 1 can chop chop chickn mayo, strawbs (60cals) + 3 cornthins (suposed to be for lunch but was hungrrry!)

1PM 1 can plain tuna, 1 diet yog

530PM 150G chicken, dash of soya

620PM 1 JHC w a dash (50ml lite milk)

9PM JHC and 1 diet yog

NB: on a positive my chest is hurties all over from w.o yday YAY! and wen i mean all over-i mean from the left outer through mid to right outer

his goal was to do a bodybuilding show late this year-when he got back from America he was like: don't even think about getting me in those thongs (trunks) now. hahahaha.. 1month of boozing it didnt help the cutting; hence here we are now :lol:

omg my life is so fudge atm (hence my cheating-dad go me sum DARK CHOCOLATE M&MS to try ease my pain..aww :lol: ) :x and im sick-chronically nearly threw up n the car today, and slept only about 2hours last nite, on an arm chair haha

Friday October 17th

{1115-325PM 1xbar dairy milk choc [495cals]} dammit

730PM sum dark choc m&ms

...and then it went down hill and i aint even got back on track today :?
