Tried the cookies with 1/2 a jar of PB ( :oops: ) it was lick-the-bowl gooooood. Had to fight my mates to get one! I'm gonna bastardize the recipe even more next time by trying biggurl's idea of adding M&M's and some macadamia nuts :D

omg i been babysiting since mon, all day, for 4 boys aged 3-11, honestly its harder than dieting haha (esp wen u eat tuna infront of the kiddies and then they start goin "ewwww whats that smell...eww" and pinching their noses' :lol:

but they are lovely kiddies!

training has been average

Mon: training: back & bis [nothing special] diet: average

Tues: training: none-ran out of time (unless u count chasing nawty boys) diet: terrible! went out to a cousins housewarming party/dads side (aKa maori side)=food galore!

Weds: training: leggys..ouchies, were trembling, but no squats, poly was hogging the rack diet: meh, eatn hardly anything-hada 150G steak for tea mmm could live off steak

AND straight after leg w.o tonight went up (just randomly)to top bit of gym with some gym peeps to peruse the K1/muthai boxing [that this fighter runs for free!]..ended up staying 2 hours

BEST FUN EVER!

loved it, starting it 3x a week now...watch this space :twisted:

Oh gawd, most kids scare me lol. If its not their brutal honesty, its the can't find them part that drives me nuts.

nope nomre hiphop classes however there was hippittyhop moves going on at the after ball 8...as to how much skill involved in that im not so certain; instead i got told i dance like a black chick in a busta video hahahaha

its just past 1pm and im still in my pjs hehehe, and only had one meal of chickn/vogels & sum milk, gona have more soon-got shoulder w.o at 230pm and K1 at 4PM then hopefully a relaxing nite tonite

OMG i am soooo sore-my claves, hammies, quads and abs :o i have them wooo and theyr sore...under all the flab :P

don't know if it was a good leg w.o or the K1 boxing but idc its great

average wo-except i got a PB: 15s for db press a set of 8, thn 6 all by myself :D

-K1 training [2h 15mins] (ah rah i am loving it!!)

Diet: has been pretty good today; but i hear dark M&Ms calling my name (*as she rushes off to pantry*) hehe

Given all the new PBs, I'm sure you've stacked on some lean mass there 8)

rawr me too; my grey size 7s=nope;decieveing only fit me 5weeks out from comp (and like 3days after haha), and my multiple size 8s (one pair=ripped, onepair=no button, onepair=mean ass, but tite-cutting-off-my-circulation-at-hips :pfft: good ol pj pants wil nevah do that to meeee :nod:

Given all the new PBs, I'm sure you've stacked on some lean mass there 8)

didnt do any training over weekend

decided i will do a mini cut when school starts again for 11weeks before xmas-going away on the 4th dec for couple days though so wana look alrite for that (diets been rats during holidazz...)

Monday October 6

Exercise:

PM: Weights: [quick] Shoulder W.o

-db sh press 10s 12x2, 12.5s 10x2, 15s 8, 6

-fwd raise 4kg 20

-leaning on wall plate raises 5kg 20 X2 + bits and bobs learning it, mean!! hard and burns

then multis 10kg x5, 5kg x15, 2.5kg x 25 X2

then same deal w dbs on wall 5kgs 12x2

-lat raise 4kg 15 (stuffing round)

but shoulders around front delt area are real sore today yay

K1 training 2hours 15mins mad fun

took a mean shot to the left kidney last nite bluhdy hell i had to sit down, but pain subsided after a minute and not sore today-also no mega ab/legs/upperback+shoulder doms i had like last week wen started it

Diet: waayyyy crap

9AM 80G chicken, 1 piece toast w tspn PB, 100ml lite milk

11AM 1 can tuna, 2xpieces chicken sushi 10 rice crackers

130PM 2 pieces vogels, 100g chicken, lettuce+onion + WW dressing

4PM 6xsubway cookies :shifty: (3...then 3 more=tried (on poos recommendation) the oat & raisin; not half bad! but still lurve the choc chip mmm)

915PM 100G chicken TB sweetchilli

930 10 grapes + few bits choc :shifty:

6 subway cookies is no easy feat. Congrats. I had some PWO chocolate today, purely to replenish my glycogen (sp?) stores of course.

haha i had three-then boy hu is on a cutting diet ( :twisted: ) wanted some-so i got 6 (3 for him 3 for me) went down easy peasy

did mean day of baking today:

-chock chunk (subway) bikkies

-afghans (with rich choc icing)

-oat & cinamon cookies

-rich caramel choc slice (thee most decadent rich slice w just melted choc on top!)

and brought stuff to make lousie slice but didnt have eggs :( so thats for another day

Exercise:

PM: mild Leg W.o

-leg ext 7plates 15x5

-lying leg curl 6plates 10, 10, 10, 9

-leg press:

40kg one leg/then other/then both 8/8/8X3

80kg 10, 120kg 10, 140kg 8, 5

-standing lunges w 9kg e.s 10, 10kg e.s 10 10 10

-seated calve raise 20kg 12x2, 30kg 12x2

-hanging knee ups 10x4

Diet:

930AM 80g chicken

10AM 1 small can baked beans

3PM couple homemade bikkies

7PM 1 can tuna

8PM 2 bowls mince w carrot/kumara TB tom sauce

yay mum said im allowed to buy another tub of PP which will def make dieting easier! 11 week cut coming up! pics each Mon, and weight each fri-cheat each sat :)

...some boys came up to my dad today in the changing room and were like-"your daughter trains real hard at the gym, its gudd az..." dad was like "...kay" hahaha...then he came home and was like "do you Aktually train wen you go to the gym?" :roll: ahahahaha

The caramel/choc slice sounds YUM! Did you make these from scratch? Or are they one of those Betty Crocker premixes?

nah the chock chunk cookies the only boxed ones

the RICH choc caramel slice/afghans/oatycoconutcinamin cookies were all my own recipies

No! no no no not these kind of gym compliments bcoz:

1. the first guy id never talked to before, only met him through the gym instructor, becoz he was doin work experience and i called the gymy to come over and spot me and ofc the work expericence guy then haz to follow everiwhere (lingering :roll: )

And 2. the second guy ID NEVER EVEN SEE BEFORE EVER IN MY LIFE! and then last nite wen i was derackkign my plates off the legpress he came over and started helping me ! i turned on my heals and just ran! (well not ran ofc too much cardio for me-but speedy mcspeedster i walked away)

and..well..i hope dad knows ive got a boy-he was alseep on our couch for 3hours today hahahaha

Oh, we notices the other improvements - we just like to wind y'all up!

I should post the recipe for Nanaimo Bar...my wife's fave chocolate, custard-cream, digestive-biccy-base slice. It is soooo good, and probably an indecent amount of carbs and sugars in each chunk. When i get home, fo' sure!

AM: Back Wo (was at 8.30AM and got gymy to train me becoz i had had no food and had no motivation)

-pullup 2 :shifty: gota start sumwhere

-bent over bb rows 25kg 8, 40kg 8 8 8 PB!

-wide grip seated row 6plates 8, 7plates 8, 6plates 8, 7plates 8

-deadlift bar 5 (getting form) 40kg 8, 50kg 8, 8, 8

-one arm db row 20kg 8 8 8 PB!on sets (was @ 2x6)

-close grip latpdown 6plates 8, 7plates 8,

DS [same exercise] 7plates 8, 6P* 2, 5P* 6, 4P* 10, 3P 10, 2P 15 *so hard here i was winging hahaha

O.. and got 3 gym comments today

1. (from gymy) your looking leaner i can see it in your arms

2. (from uncle @ gym) your looking real strong

3. (from lifeguard @ gym) your looking wayy bigger aye, much bigger

On another serious topic, I saw in the bickie section in the boxes that fudge and you make it in the microwave, might be aunt betties I think, you tried, man it looks good, I was reading the ingredients. Yep I stiffed the box haha couldn't smell anything :-s
