talking to this real knowledgable trainer @ gym today gave me a heads up about how creatine wil work-gona start cycling that starting in january 09 to gauge results, and have some tribulus but aint used it yet-mite look at using it this oct

Don't waste your time with Trib. It's not designed for women. Try Biotest's Carbolin - shop around, various places have various prices. Alternatively, try their methoxy (Seven). I've had excellent results from both, esp. the Carbolin.

Small got it for free with her last comp. I said Kre-Alkalyn would be a good option as I always pop on 1-2 kgs of LBM per container :grin:

was stoked w 40kg bench x6 thought i was only benching 35kg and was like fark its hard, then aktually counted the plates as i went to put on another 2.5 e.s and was like wat... 45?

good thing i dont take maths nemore!

Nice PBs. I don't understand people who get 2 cookies at subway. Why get two for 80c each when you can get 3 for $2?!?!

i got two becoz it part of the meal deal ($2.80 for 2 cookies and a drink-which i refil w drink like 5 times hehe :shifty: )

I lie. That deal is over. As I said in another journal I tried it today and they said they no longer offered it. But I only had $2 so they gave it to me anyway.

prolly!! not good weight thou-haha but in all serious weights r going up so its all goodies-going to see a nutritionist get my bf done get her to write me a diet, so w a bf test done on december 29th i should be able to see how ive come along in the next 3 months of our wee compy :D

also i have managed to inspire at least one person (sop sop haha w.e) shes this really cool p.i chick at my gym, im guna take her ta see my nurtionist and she guna do a comp at the start of next year-she just went to raro and told me she "only drunk 3 times!!" haha awesome for her, shes got work ta do, but she'll get here-glad i only gota observe her and her diet-not do it :P

shame..she even told me she copied my pic and put it on her bebo (nahh aktualy i love it..joakes :pfft: )

mix and bake, turns out 16 large subway cookies so joke! so good

and the premade mix costs $5.20 so about $6 all up :D

$0.375 per cookie !!
