-cable raises x 5 sets [gota gritty shoulder on the left it pops-anyone had this?]

-lat raise 5kgs x 4 sets [one set one armed]

-SM Press x 4 sets [3rd set: SMACKED my head on bar which flipping hurt]

-rear delt mach x 4 sets repping from 25s down to 10s

-rear SM shrug x 4 sets upto 42kg 20reps

D/S fwd SM shrug 4 sets upto 42kg 20reps

my traps are growing like weeds :jive:

Diet:

840AM 2 weetbix, yog (not diet), pp

11AM 1 can tuna, 1 mandarin

120PM 100G chicken, 100G pasta, sauce

340PM 1 pshake

430PM 120G chicken, 150G rice

7PM 2 mini mince pies and some cake (wot..my parents are opening a cafe=free food)

and nooo crap metabolism; i have a thyroid prob. but mehhh i <3 bulking eliminates these "problems"

How dare you. I'll requesting you an an 1day as friend on face book soon. :nod: I'm just a little busy at the moment, I'm trying to sort my life out in a new country. My training has been average an my diet also hasn't been to flash either. Once I get my life routine an the gym routine sorted, I'll start posting again. Any way, this is meant to be about small so.... go small \:D/ , keep up the good work. Consider having 3weekbix in the morning. :o
