Yeah! The PBs keep coming! If you can do 12 @ 50KG you should be able to bang out 6-8 @ 60.
it wierded me out - tho i got told twice yesterday i had a nice chest haha...well a big chest :shifty:

i just hope TP wasnt spotting too much [otherwise im all talk haha]

Exercise:

PM: Hammys & Calve W.omfg

-seated leg curls 5plates 50 6plates 50, 8plates 25, 10plates 12, 8

-stiff legged deadlifts bar 25, 30kg 20, 40kg 19, 17

-reverse push thing (like riding a bike haha) 10kg 15, 12, 10 10

-close foot legpress (pushing w hams) bars 25, 10kg 10, 15, 15

-seated calve raise 30kg 25, 20, 15, 14

-stanading calve raise, 135lbs 6, 120lbs 12, then lots of drops seting arounf 50 reps x 2 crapola pain i couldnt walk

obviously pbs in there never done half the machines haha :D

Diet:

830AM 2 weetbix, yog, pp

12PM 80G potato, carrots + peas, 100G chicken, sauce

3PM 4 lil bits of potato

5PM 1 pshake

615PM 2xvogels w nutella & pb

ffs too many classes, not enough meals argh

And i swear, SWEAR i am never going to parent how my parents parent. fkn 21 million questions just coz i wana go out tonight, and apparently i "throw myself around the gym" when i questioned mother as to how she knew that? she was like "...you do" bullshit

then i got raqued up for training at uni gym and not talking to the other girls training FFS why do i wana talk to them when im in so much pain.

I think your folks had a word with the weather gods to sort that out for you ! I knew there were advantages to being home by then!

-SM Press x 4 sets [3rd set: SMACKED my head on bar which flipping hurt]

-rear delt mach x 4 sets repping from 25s down to 10s

-rear SM shrug x 4 sets upto 42kg 20reps

D/S fwd SM shrug 4 sets upto 42kg 20reps

my traps are growing like weeds :jive:

Diet:

840AM 2 weetbix, yog (not diet), pp

11AM 1 can tuna, 1 mandarin

120PM 100G chicken, 100G pasta, sauce

340PM 1 pshake

430PM 120G chicken, 150G rice

7PM 2 mini mince pies and some cake (wot..my parents are opening a cafe=free food)

:lol::lol::lol: i had a latpulldown cable break on me one day and smack me in the head, drew blood and made my training partner fall over with laughter.

pushing some good weights ther young lady, are you still the 65kg you were at the start of this journal?
