How are the triceps after those skulls - hi reps there :shock:
raw az! tried to do sum sneaky flat db press at work, grabd the 15s dbs n did 12...all i could feel was triceps triceps triceps :nod:

went and watched the an Auckland Powerlifting Comp today on an uni gym

all my boys did superbly-2x auckland records, and pending on deadlifts which will be running in approxiamtely an hour [yes im not that hardkore to stick around] some possible brazil world qualifiers, and more PB totals.

was interesting to see how it all runs-not nearly anything like a bodybuilding show

tbh wasnt expecting it to start 3 hours late tho (thats worse than any bb show ive been too!! haha)

IF i can get my total up confidently by the end of the year I will compete end of this year or next year (depending upon when I do my drug disclaimer; 6months before you compete if memory serves me right)

one junior girl-not very impressed, but hey she was trying (i say as i judged from the sideline)

and lots of bigred8's minions :pfft:

PM: Delts & Traps @ uni gym [high reps..pump]

-cable raises WUP 1plate 20 e.s x4

-lat raises strict 4kg 15 6kg 10, 10, 8

S/S 4kg - 10, 8, 8 + single arm lat raises 4kg db 25 reps

-fwd raise 6kg 25, 7kg 20, 15, 15

-behind head press SM bar (14kg) 20, 19kg 15, 24kg 8, 19kg 14, 14kg 15

-rear delt mach 1 arm at a time 4plates 20, 5plates 20, 4plates 20

-bb shrugs front 30kg 20 20 20 (switch 12 last)

S/S bb shrugs behind 30kg 20 18 15 (switch 20 first)

Diet:

830AM 3 weetbix, diet yog, pp

11AM 85g can tuna, 2 cornthins + pb

1PM 2 bits of roll and a couplf of buscuits [was supposed to be maori bbq buit i went late and MISSED the frikn sausages..and that was guna be my lunch grrr.]

4PM 1 pshake

440PM 100G pasta, 150G mince

7PM 120G chicken, 150G rice, peas, sauce

930PM pshake and something else

soo hungry atm

got asked what sport i do today after i got told that i was "so solid" :D

then walking out of gym cousin told me i was looking "....big there" haha training partner thought it was hilariously awkward :lol:

-deads 40kg 10, 50kg 10, 60kg 10, 70kg 8, 80kg 3, 3 (took gloves off after first three because grip was failing..again), 90kg x1 PB!! was a solid rep too - kept thinking of what flamer yelled at me our last training "drive with the legs" ...it worked :)

-latpulldown 30kg 20, 42kg 12, 53kg 4 PB +48kg 4, 6+42kg 6

-tricep pushdowns 32kg 12, 38kg 10, 9 PB 32kg 10 +pulses

-one arm db row 22.5kg 6 6 6 6

-db skullcrush 7kg e.s 15, 12, 10, 10

-seated cable row 38kg 12, 42kg 10 8 6 + 30kg 15

fukk i hate criminals. woke up this morning some idiots tryed to steal my car last nite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fukkk.my dad caught them tho, and they ran like lil rats, but the bastards broke off the panel over the drivers window, and were jimmying the lock and have fuked it up totally!! to get in my car i ahve to unlock it from the drivers side manually then either try to jump over (which its extremly, awkwardly uncomfortable to do) or lean across and unlock it from the inside then walk around, which is gaely annoying :pfft: omgosh. grrrrr. retards.

well atleast i still have my stanley :grin:

Yeah! The PBs keep coming! If you can do 12 @ 50KG you should be able to bang out 6-8 @ 60.
