well i urban dictionaried my actual name and it came up with some not very nice things :pfft: so that seemed more appropriate

had a fkn shit day so dnt mess im royally pissed off and left work early too cz all the cwords that came into tanyt thought they were all that.\newsflash-they arent.

Wednesday April 8th

Exercise:

AM: Legs W.o (minus calves)

-squats bar 12, 40kg 12, 50kg 10, 60kg 10, 70kg 6, 4

-leg press 30kg 10, 70kg 10, 80kg 10, 100kg 10

-leg extension 43kgs 12, 48kgs 10, 10, 8

-lying leg curls 36kg (i think) 8, 32kg 10, 8, 28kg 8

-abductors 36kg 12, 48kg 12, 54kg 10, 60kg 8

Diet:

9AM 1/2cup oats, 4 eggwhites, yog + nutella

12PM 120G chicken, 100G rice, peas, apricot sauce

140PM 1 small h/c

315PM 1 can tuna, 1 apple

615PM 150G chicken, 150G rice, peas, apricot sauce

9PM something idk yet.

i guess i got the hugest compliment AND shame at the same time today.

went to other gym to train, my mate (plifter and pt) havent seen in ages, was working so we chat for a bit, then he goes..

Oh i was talking about you before.

I was like eh?

He goes "Yeah. Do u know 'this person'" and i go "i think so, why?" and he goes "Oh well i was asking what she wanted to achieve in gym, and why she was tentative about weights, and she goes "oh well i dont want to get too big, not like 'Small'"{obviously my real name, not Small} [ \:D/ ]

Then he, the prick :pfft:, goes "Oh..is she considered big?" [ :( ] ahha...

Diet:

930AM 3 weetbix, yog, pp

-----forgot to take food!! went out silly girl

330PM 100G chicken, 100g rice, peas, apricot sauce

4PM 50mls lite milk

5PM 100mls cranberry juice + creatine

650PM 1 pshake

8PM 100G chicken, 150G rice, peas, apricot sauce

more food, prolly choc (hehe) later. yum!

was meant to go play indoor netty tonight for poos' team but she only JUST text me now, and im all in PJs not a happening thing!

Doncha love the difference between the press-down and the cg press on triceps... mind you, sometimes the number of pulleys on the cable you use means that 26kg is "really less than advertised" :think:

No training today gym cloosed. Was going to be a day where i really got my eating good, but mum brought me bfast in bed haha so probs not a happening thing now.

-lying down straight bar raise (like fwd raise but 180degrees motion)

14kg 10, 21kg 8, 10, 10

db shrugs 22.5kg 10 10 10 10

felt i looked the biggest ive ever looked today, was stoked :grin:

tho my bro was training at the same time as me and was like "why do you wana make yourself look like a man?".cock.

Diet:

10AM 1/2cup oats, 2 egg whites, 1 scoop pp

1230PM 150G chicken, 150G rice, satay sauce

320PM 185g can tuna, milk

330PM cranberry juice +creatine

530PM 1 pshake

620PM 200G eye fillet steak, salad, mushrooms

9PM 150ml lite milk + yogurt

+ throw in there a creme egg [before tuna] and some more choc (to undoubtly be eatn tonight)

Update w somethings:

-found out the creepy guy lives just up my street (thats way to close to home-literally)

-im now officially greek :pfft:

-havnt gone out in like 3 weeks i have no social life :( bah

-went to rotorua on saturday for my grandmas unveiling-saw my cousin. now hes an actor and scored one of the lead roles in the US series based on 300 the movie (oops have i said to much... :P) anyway he looked prety average in his nike tracksuit, then he took off the jacket and he had the thickest deepest backs i have seen!! down to this tiny waist. later on i could hear dad talking to him, but couldnt quite make out wat he was saying. then back at home in the kitchen dad was like to me "hes looking good huh...i think theres a lil bita juice in there-thats why i was quizzing him... yeah theres definately a lil bita gear gone into that one" :pfft:

-seated calve raises 35kg 15, 45kg 10, 8, 10

Diet:

1030AM 3 weetbix, yog, scoop pp

1250PM 150G brown rice, 150G chicken, satay

330PM 185g tuna, 100mls milk

430PM cranberry juice + creatine

6PM 1 pshake

8PM 120G steak, bread roll, lettuce, sauce, plastic cheese

10PM yumm chocolate
