sounds like me. im so glad to be on HOLIDAYS can look at getting some actual training and bulking going on. im guna max my a/c and buy some powder now i think. sick of being small

PM: Back & Biceps w Veeee

-tbar row bar 15, 10kg 12, 20kg 10, 30kg 6

-lat pulldown 87lbs 10, 100lbs 6, 5 + 87lbs 4, 8

-one arm db row 17.5kg 10, 10, 22.5kg 6, 5

S/S db curls 7kg 10 10, 10kg 8

-seated row 52kg 12, 59kg 10, 66kg 8, 73kg 7 PB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

-bb curl 15kg 12, 10, 8

-rear delt mach 6plates 12, 7platers 10, 10, 9

was very pleased with this workout, looking solid, and i now have one tricep haha (my left one, the right ones a bit iffy)

and holey cow vee-shes never dun tbar rows and was busting out the 20s i was like "umm.....crap" hahaha goveego

my PB came about when Vee was like "see what happens.." glad i did! :grin:

Diet:

was pointless today; only decent meal was 185g tuna, and 200mls milk post w.o-and not even best option as i still have no powder...grrr. i need to get back on track, OMG wasting valuable growing time :evil:

Gym Rat im stealing your jokes!!! My dad was taking our dog for a run today, and he ran round my dad and dad fell over and landed on his bung elbow ruining it again; mum was like "we'll need to get you a walker" then i bust out "get him a Zimmer Frame"

fuk gae computer wrote my hole log and it disappeared.

yay for getting back on the eating bandwagon

i got fed up with wasting my precious growing time, so did a big cook up of what foods i could find today, and started to have some organising decent meals [even if it means spending my own limited dosh on foodz]

Tuesday April 7

-seated free mach press, bar only 12, 10kg e.s 10, <15kg e.s 4, 12.5kg e.s 4, 10kg e.s 3>D/S

-db shrugs 25kg 10, 8, 7, 6

Diet:

11AM 3 mini cupcakes shudup..was while i was cooking

1245PM 150G brown rice, 100G chicken, apricot sauce

330PM 1 small can tuna, 2 corn thins w PB&J, 100mls milk

430PM 50ml juice w creatine

*dont have any protien powder :(*

645PM 150G chicken, 150G brown rice, 100G peas, apricot sauce, 100mls milk

8PM creme egg WOOT

9PM 150mls milk + yogurt

Yay for the creme egg-found it in the top of my fridge. Was meant to be for someone else, but that person annoying me so im guna eat it 8)

Seems like today was national shoulders day, u n Flamer giving them heaps...even I threw in some SM shrugs and clean-n-press 6x6s while killing time tonight.

5 actually mr smarty pants haha enough to have handed in two academic essays, and sit one 20% law test, with another two academic essays due right after holidays, and 6weeks after that till next holidays :wink:
