Good stuff smalls. I like how you're enjoying your other foods while still sticking to the main plan. That's what I wanna do when I bulk.

yeah wel i culd b 100% strict but i think wtheck! as long as i get enough protien (aiming 150g) per day, everything else in moderation :twisted:

Wednesday September 10

Diet:

9AM 1 pshake, 1 piece vogels 1 TB PB

11AM 1 can tuna, 2 mini bags shapes (96cal each)

130PM 100G chicken, 120G kumara, 50G brocolli, TB sweetchilli

330PM 1 pshake

5PM 1 pshake

630PM 150G chicken, 1 tspn sauce

..still hungry so will have some more food in a bit

so your bulking up at the moment ? what weight are you trying to get to ?

she does! i want delts like that-haha aktualy jus give me evrithink :wink:

yup yup bulking dont care bout ripdnes over summer etc, jus wna get big, maybe aiming for 70kgs 20% bf by dec 08, then 75ish 18% bf by dec next year-i duno gota get body comp test done :evil:

Luigi: 95kg 15% bf (start 88kg, ? bf)

Small: 68kg 20% bf (start 65kg, 20% bf)

il be away 1st jan so il do a weighn/bodyfat in on 29th dec but same dif

and i think il be pushing it to get to 68kg by dec but owelo well c

Thursday September 11 :cry:

Exercise:

None-was supposed to be legs today; had an injection at 2pm, put in my left shoulder-flippin wierdest feeling ever felt the stuff rushing thru my body crazy and then nearly chundered everywhere; hadta lie down for 20mins haha and now my arms all dead and sore dnt know if il train 2mwo either

Diet:

all goodies up til 330pm then Ma got me some bakery food to perk me up =P~ sent me to sleep :lol:

-Training over the last couple days (thurs/fri/sat/sun) has been nonexistent; owello, ive taken it as rest days not a problem :grin:

-Worked this AM at 6; love working at the gym geta talk to all the people i see in the gym but dont realy catch up with. a lady who wantd to do a comp told me shes bagged the idea completely to focus on her career-but she told me i was lookin bigger ! :grin:

-Diet has also been non existent but meh gona work hard to do it good this next week (and forever); and only have a cuple cheat meals/or 1 cheat day per week
