whats with all this talk of creme eggs :P

-lat raise 5kg 10, 8, 7, 6

D/S 6kg - , 6, 5, 6

-shrugs 22.5kg 10 10 9 8

Diet: I hav no idea

got to eat more protien.

Diet:

8AM 3 weetbix, trim milk, 1 scoop pp

11AM 1 small can tuna

145PM 185g can chopchop

2PM left over fried rice

645PM more leftover fried rice, 4xminimini choc eggs

830PM 1 pshake

9PM 4xmini choc eggs

-my fone is retarded and wont charge proper-and i havent had txt2000 for about 12days, now that it can renew i dont have $$ till thursday

-theres so many huge dudes at uni

-theres a jacked as older guy in my law class-he always comes late but hes huge, typical shaved head; stands outside after our class with his little shaker makes me crack up; hes massive inbetween all the weedy uni ppl.

1PM small can tuna, few mini eggs

330PM 1 big can tuna, a mini egg

5PM malteasers

trained legs this morning, first morning training in a while. not much gas in the tank just a floury apple and was a pretty ave w.o. not to mention getting up at 6..and getting home just now from work! ugh

Exercise:

AM: Leg W.o

squats bar 10, 40kg 10, 50kg 10, 60kg 10 70kg 8, 70kg 6 80kg 3

leg press 50kg 15, 100kg 10, 120kg 10, 140kg 8

lying leg curl 50lbs 12, 60lbs 10, 75lbs 5 + 60lbs 4, 60lbs 10

standing calve raise duno what KG kepts going up but 10 reps 4 sets

Diet:

630AM 1 floury apple

830AM 1 pshake

12PM 1 bacon, egg panini

430PM 1 shot mocha

915PM noddles + shrimp.
