Tuesday February 24th

Exercise:

PM: Shoulder Wo 1

-overhead bb press 12.5kg 12x2, 25kg 5 PB, 6 PB, 5 (+4 negatives) - hella hard negatives my neck was shaking crazy hahahahaaha

-fwd raise 9kg 8 PB (but a bit rocking by the end) 8kg 10x3

-mach press 32kg 12, 36kg 10, 41kg 6, 36kg 6, 50kg 10 (PB not counted as it was spotted on both motions)

-lat raise 6kg 10 10 8 8

-UR Row in SM bar (14kg) 10, 24kg 10, 29kg 6 PB PB 26.5kg 7 PB

-db shrugs 22.5kg 10x4

Diet:

Duno post w.o shake in there, and food somwhere haha eating blase gota get it going good w uni-also if someone could pay for all my food yeah thatd be great haha.

Shoulders feel tender today but neva ow :( Legs tonight.yipeeeee

830PM 150g fish, beans!! and potatoe

Bah all students have to be hungover, if you're not in bad shape on a Monday they don't let you into Uni! It's what you have student loan for to spend on going out!! Have fun tonight Miss Small! :grin:
:P im not too bad today, having said that i only had bout 2 drinks last nite, and danced NONSTOP for over 5hours - people kept sayin fuk are you pilled-watd u take. not my scene high on life {wata gaybo huh 8)}

tho sum idiot pressed his ciggy into my arm hurt soo much!

and there wer so many buff dudes there that thought they were the shit twas hilarious in their size 8 womans tees :-s

came home from it at 4am, ate sum 2minutes noodles at 430 was the first thing i had eatn since bfast at 830AM sat morning :shock: almost 24hours w no food

start uni tamro first class is law @ 10am

and back into good, hard training, and eating proper :D

oh and i have no texts left so culdnt tb flamer-on that note no state to be competeing today anyway :P

Great workout despite the tummy issues. Feel better today? And how was the first day at uni?

yeah i found out that it was the aphidophilicouswateveruknow yogurt Symbio i been mixing w my weetbix and milk in the AM, Mum told me the tub we get supposed to last 14days and i been eating them in about 4 haha so its been munching up all my stomach acids because it happend last week and on the wedding day :? wata noob :^o

first day at uni was alrite, my law lecture was at 10AM and then my History lecture 5PM so i had ooh 6hours to fill in and did nothing haha. was so bored, and i got in a fight with my AM bus driver...hahaha eep.

chilling out in the uni library using their net to go on here hehe, til History at 5PM again. realy do wana get a uni membership, i could be using this boring time to train-im so buggered wen i get off my half an hour lame bus ride, and 10-15min walk (depending how fast/slow i am) :P

Tuesday-lots of gay gay walking around, another loooong day, with only 2 classes. also fell down a hill (HAHA!-i wulda laughed if i'd been watching it happen; but i serious felt like crying) broke my 30gb ipod, aaand my bus didnt turn up. so was a very gae day-wats more got yelled at again haha :? all i can say is thankgod for my superman hu brought me bk dinner :wink:

Wednesday-more gay walking; wednesday is now my new scheduled off day (tuesday wasnt meant to be off) caught the train for the very first time today-i was impressed-so was the dude hu was asking me all these questions about how to catch it, when and where you get on/off, and how you get to uni from britomart...obviously thought i was a regular bus user 8) well... i gota free hotchoc out of it im not complaining!! {tho i wulda helped anyone hu was confused/lost neway} then had work 1-915PM so just ate a huge dinner then and am guna hav a nice snooze in til bout 8.30AM tamro which my tired old bones will enjoy hehe

aaand do some actual training tomro which is what this journals about ahha!!

-bench bar 15, 30kg 10, 35kg 6 shaking like a MOFO there goes the 45kg reps i had a few weeks ago!

-flat mach press 24kg 12, 32kg 10 8 8

-pec dec pyramid from 7plates all the way down to 1plate repping out. hurt lots

Diet:

9AM 1 pshake w milk, bakedbeans w cheese

130PM 1 triplechoc cookie

430PM 2xpieces toast

450PM creatine

630PM 1 pshake

now maybe pizzzza hehehe
