Wednesday February 18th

Exercise:

AM: 1 & 1/2hours walking :shock:

PM: Random W.o

Deads

-some numbers idk felt good and up to like 70kg for 6 solid reps (?)

Flat db press

12.5kg 10

15.5kg 10

17.5kg 4 {+2 spotted}, 4 {+ 2 spotted} PB!!

my jaw also got a fantastic workout-is feeling buff already

Cardio: 20mins treadmill @ lvl 5 like 88cals haha

Trained at Genetics Gym (W Flamer & Poos) this evening-nice big gym! Bad thing about a big gym is that you can talk loud and I do that alot-and for a long time-so alot of talking went down and not alot of training (for me) my back was frizzled (and traps!! migod) from Mon so I just chilled out 8)

Both them two looking nice and buff - veins and all !

Diet

930AM ham and cheese on rice thins hehe

12PM 2 glasses of juice

230PM lil bit of chicken (wicked wing) and chips, 1 friggin awesome hotchoc from some boutique choc place OMG =P~

525PM creatine

745PM 1 pshake

820PM 150G chicken, vegetables, potato

930PM crappi lil muffin

Stretchy pants FTW! My now favourite pair of "jeans" is 96% cotton, 4% elastine. Look like real jeans, but they fit me unlike every other pair I try on (big ass and legs + small waist FTL :()

PM: Halfarsed leg w.o [in 30mins]

-Squats 20kg 12, 40kg 10, 50kg 10, 60kg 6, 5, 70kg 3

-seated calve raise 35kg 12 12 10 10

-lying leg curls 5plates 10, 6plates 10, 7plates 5 + partials + 4 plates 5, 6plates 8 felt strong on these but on the same toke my hammys felt were SO tight

1 hour walking

Diet:

1030AM 1xchoc frappachino

1PM 185g can tuna, 6cornthins and cheese

530PM 1 plum, 1 lil square of slice

6PM creatine

715PM 5 squares of choc :shifty:

8PM 2xcornthins w picalli & cheese

945PM 2xweetbix, milk, sugar

have pretty legit lower back doms today from 5 sets of deads yesterday!

Actually Small - ya maxed out on the deads at 75kg. And your 2 x spotted flat DB press had 19kg on the end of the - I know 'cause the 17.5kg are coloured jobbies - NICE Work.

yay for the deads. ohh wat happening w the db chest press? im confused...a random dude told me thay were 17.5kg

Friday February 20th

Exercise:

AM: Shoulder & Traps W.o 2

-db shoulder press 10kg 12, 12.5kg 10, 15kg 6, 5 {+4 negatives}, 5 {+4 negatives}

-lat raise 6kg 10, 8, 7, 6

D/S 3kg 10, 10, 8, 8

-fwd raise 8kg 10, 10, 10, 9

-rear delts 3kg 12, 4kg 10, 10

-db shrugs 22.5kg 10 10 8 7

-rear delt mach 7plates 10 10 10

Diet:

toast and then a shake @ 1130AM after my w.o and then i didnt eat untill 530PM and felt so sick so had some weetbix! Though didnt feel much better think im getting sick :?

Weekend was good! Few drinks, talking crap... the usual :pfft: Btw, the indoor netball I was telling you about? Starts Thursday March 5th, let you know the time as soon as I find out, but it'll be sometime after 6pm :D

-incline bench rear delts 4kg 10x4

Diet:

1130AM 150g eye fillet steak, 100g potatoe

1PM 1 can chilli tuna, 150ml milk

330PM 2xcornthins, picalli, cheese

530PM creatine + diet coke

730PM pshake + afghan (yum!)

Trained today in a singlet first time in a long time, i was pleasantly surprisd at how i looked :D feel fuller and look bigger-new goal is to start eating more to make shure i grow more!

My calves are also excruciatingly sore from all the dancing 8)

Attached are pics of my arm-delt and bicep. Biceps lacking, delts are growing good but still gotta long way to go!!
