I dunno, you looked in good shape to me. Diet is definitely the hardest part though. Notice that I don't post mine up anymore! :pfft: Keep training hard! Next time we train we'll get you squatting 80 for reps!

-one arm db row 17.5kg 6, 20kg 6, 5

Diet:

Was like stuff all food, and a million miles walking around town getting lost and found at uni hahahaha

Went to check out the uni gym today-its wiked kool and super cheap but i just dont need a gym membership (got 3 i can go to for free) so now im stumped coz i wana train there, but $10 for a casual not a happening thing on my budget :evil:

okay wel TRIED to do some proper powerlifting stuff today

well my mate went through it with me and i was liek what this is crazy haha not working for me-and sat there for like 1 hour talkign to him 20mintues training :P had a shake post w.o tho - still doing some good stuff :pfft:

haha ofc-i did benchtouch and pause etc up to 45, and squats as low low as my dommed out legs will take me at a dismal 50 haha-thats sad my bench almost beats my squat haha

Hmmm Pink, I get that a lot :-s That was an alright back w/o man, I don't even do 100lb lat pulldowns, too hard and 20kg 1 arm rows is fantastic I dont go much heavier on that so shush woman! :wink:

allryyyte! went out clubbing my fist time this weekend been. it was fun az-such mean cardio.

me and my boyfriend we sitting outside met and saw this ratty blonde chick talking to this dude and she did a front double bi-well wat she thought was like it-it was sucha joke, the mocks went down... i was like wat a loser :roll: haha

-seated db curls 8kg 10 8, 7 8

-seated row 59kg 10 8 7 6

-preacher curl mach 14kg 8 8 6 6

-rear cables 4kg 3, 3kg 5 (just learning while waiting for rear delt mach) then rear delt mach 6plates 5; over it by now

Diet:

930AM 2 weetbix 200ml milk, 1 scoop pp

1230PM 1 peach, some lollies, and these weird rice crackers (was @ a picnic)

4PM 2xsausages, 1 baby potato, beans, 1 piece of bread, tom sauce

450PM creatine

7PM 1pshake

now till bed idk

Was so in the mood for a hard w.o tonight-my parents are being so gay atm and i just hate it.

im clean and tidy and have my own car, have a good job, like to train and buy shoes, know how to have a good time :pfft:

Clubbing for the first time even! Which club? Was it everything you thought it would be?? :pfft:
well...i saw one of my work collegues (that i dont even know very well!!)and apparently i had my own club...ala sign posts on streets but i do not remeber that!! much like going to space bar-which he said i said hello to him outside of that :pfft: must have been a good night! 8)

also went to Met and Code (where i saw that wierd wannabe bb'r chick) and Seba which was flat (ashame coz the people I babysit for own it, and i heard it goes off for events), walked to Pony but didnt go inside, and finally to Margerita's which i hate hate hate!!! ugggggh haha and then back to Met. hada nice ol time outside starmart too-downed an entire fanta in like 2mins-tho it wasnt ekkie dehydration if anyone thinking that-i dont get down like that!haha

and saw vilimanu davu off her face!!! fuk wuld not want to make that lady angry wuld either roll on me or eat me :lol:

so yeah i hada wicked as nite got home at 5AM..prolly gona do it all again this friday..know where im going to :wink: 8)

was pleased i feel whole lot stronger and secure on lot of exercises

i had McDs last nite, got the chicken nuggest-6 pack-i opened it there was 4...i was like wtf i can count haha. stand by the fact that BK is numero uno
