Yay cookies all round then hehe seriously I have issues I need to go to cookie rehab or something so don't worry ladies I'm probably the worst out of the lot of us on here for eating shite, but still on top of all the shit, I have lots of protein for recovery and growth so the fat can just melt off later :grin: thats my theory any hoo arh haha dam I have no cookies in the house! :?

that my problem i dont!!! im just useless haha owel once i hit 70kg i will hava bf test and see where im at and then adjust form there-if im over 25% bf i will def tidy up shizz! :lol:
Next time you can have mine - had a staff meeting today with muffins =P~ felt sooooo virtuous stepping back from the tray with empty hands :(
haha oh tfb at least u wont be forming a muffin like meee :pfft: :P

I had about 10 chocolate caramels for breakfast this morning, then took the car to the mechanics and walked 45mins home with the dog. He's stuffed now, I'm still sugar rushing :pfft:

hahaha goood stuff!! im goin mish bae at 12 wil be getn a starbuks (or something of that nature) il have the same hypo sugar rush as u! :P

woo im definately getting stronger-not so shure on the bigger..maybe fatter

weigh in in 2weeks will see where my bodyweight is at; if 70Kgs i will go have bf test done and nutrition plan written out! promise :shifty:

tbh we were actually still training this time an hour ago-shows how quick i move away from a leg w.o! :D

OMFG i am so sore and cripple!!!

its so bad! damn you the gus curse your name :lol:

but serious i was all set for a real good day diet and train waise, WELL i went to work for a meetign and was going to train right after and that stupid powercut at 115 meant by 2 the whole complex was shut and i couldnt train, and idk if its back open, and tbh cant be boathard going to check if it is. mite jus go down my sorrows in b.k tonight haha 8)
