Smalls Quest To Be Big

September 1st 2008

time for a new journal now, Smalls Road To Recovery finished in late March, and used it for progression through comp phase; but goals have completely changed now, so time for a new journal!

Currently:

Height: 163cms

Weight: 65kg

Bodyfat: ?

Lift Stats:

Bench: 40x2

Squat: 67.5x5

Deadlift: 62.5kgx2

My goal is to get onstage in either 2010, or 2011 much bigger and better than before-2010 if i am happy with how i look, 2011 for that further size.

Goal: 58kgs on stage at 10% bodyfat (or bigger/leaner if possible)

I am jus focussing on heavy training and calories for growth at the moment. Ive had two years dieting and I'm over it.

Also (and there has been so much talk on others journals about this too) I want to do a powerlifting comp [if i can eventually get strong enough]...well im sorta tied to doing one anyway...made an agreement with a certain member on here ages ago :pfft:

NB Had a Uni thing on today didnt take/make any meals and just didnt really care

School Ball was Mint!!

And got a letter from Mars Corperation today-they recieved my complaint-and churrrr sent me vouchers for free M&Ms!!! :grin: :grin:

Discovered my bro went to Disneyland in America :( so jealous! But Cool!

And if you can squat more than you can deadlift either you're not squatting low enough or you can deadlift more than that (maybe with better technique).

edit: and while you're getting big is a perfect time to do a PL comp!

i guess im not squatting low low enough but dad (who dus PL'n) dont want me doing it like that...

yeah def wana do a comp if i can hit some bigger weights with near perfect form..only time, consitency and hard training !

My goal is to get onstage in either 2010, or 2011 much bigger and better than before-2010 if i am happy with how i look, 2011 for that further size.

Goal: 58kgs on stage at 10% bodyfat (or bigger/leaner if possible)

I'm with Biomax...it's not just about losing weight! I was plodding away on the treadmill this arvo while a blitz cardio class was on, and couldn't help but notice the 'skinny-fat' chicks...slim when standing still, to be sure, but no muscle tone, and no definition.

I look forward to watching you progress...hell, you're already deadlifting bodyweight, so in proportion I gotta go lift my game :)

*bit of a jump but had been at gym for long time (worked out straight after new job training) but kept thinking bout wat SS said about dead should be heavier than squat. tired 70kg first time got 1, next time 4 decent reps, but still deads i find hard!

happy with that sat training, woke up on sun w sore chest, and later on in the day w sore as quads, and this AM still sore \:D/

New PBS:

Sunday: Day Off-worked from 6.45-1PM then laxed it at home; diet over last couple days been pretty ave to be honest-but had yum eye fillet for dinner for dads day last nite-cept dad wasnt even there :roll: he wasnt fixing the comp with the computer guy haha

my new job is mint-i got paid for all my training-so have a nice fat pay packet coming this week. I only work on sundays for now, and get free membership to the gym/pools/spa/sauna etc and free coffees-i know how to make a killer one now 8)

*i was training and talking w one of the nu gym guys and he was like "uno u can go heavier" (on db incline) and i was like nah and he was like u can do 15s so he helped me get them up and they were easy as :D

this chick iz wicked-mean lats, ripped up legs, great stage presence! she does however have quite big delts and calves; not v in proportion, though having said that if i looked like that i wouldn't be complaining :wink:
