well i just wanted to introduce myself,im phil 35 6'3 and 235lbs,been training for longer than i can remember :pfft: i only found this site when i had alot of url's hitting my site so thought id join up and have a look :grin:

Do you do competitions? What are you working towards at the moment?

:pfft: no i don't do competitions as of yet,but you never know :roll: at the moment i am just bulking away trying to hit the 266 lbs plus mark then cut down to see if im happy or if i want more mass :grin:
