Hey everyone,

I'm new (obviously) but I've been weight training for wrestling since January 2007. I started wrestling around this time too and went from a porky 110kgs to a now much leaner 94kgs at 13% BF. I'm 18 this November and at the moment I'm midway through cutting for my return to wrestling after shattering my ankle in a match in May.

Currently just struggling with the food choices on a student budget so I'll definately check out the recipe section after this and add a couple that I rely on. Does anyone else pour protein powder on their cereal? Anyway at the moment I'm training 6 days, 4 weight sessions, 4 cardio/HIIT sessions and a wrestling training. Just supplementing with protein powder (addicted) and BCAA's. But I look forward to putting some more size on once I'm 100% in my ankle.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to absorbing the knowledge of people with similar goals and stories. If you've got any questions feel free to ask.

Nothing special, shoulder injuries and my ankle have held me back recently. Benching 90kgs for 8 reps. Squating 120 for 8 and only just getting into deadlifts so just 100kgs, 8 reps. Gonna give Dorian Yates' "Blood and Guts" routine a go when I finish cutting.

Yep. It's an excellent breakfast. I add sliced banana and yogurt. Healthy, tasty, and - most importantly for those who like their sleep just a little too much - quick.

Good to have you here, mate.
