Thanks lads & ladies.

Current PB is about 80kg - but I did go for 3 sets of 10. So 1RM maybe about 90-100kg? Will test this once Nats is done & dusted. Shoulda really just added 2.5kg or 5kg - didn't even think!!?? :doh:

Squats are #1 :grin:

PS - you could use cage for squats?

Always feel a little restricted in the cage. Besides that, my fav place in the gym is the squat rack! I probably use it more than any other member!

mmm i love the squat rack too :grin: as old bull knows :grin:

Me personally, if i had to choose between really push yourself or not, and if you dont feel safe with no spotter then i would head to the cage :grin:

LOL - maybe I should of clarified that statement. The large hairy backed monsters were hoggin the DB's. And with the gruntin & other animalistic noises they were makin I thought better of smilin nicely to request we share!

No that you mention it TFB, your right. What was all the noise about? They were only using 13.5kg - 15.5kg. And I'm not quite up to 17.5kg yet!

In sayin that they were supersettin DB shldr press with side laterals?

Wow - hard ab workout....remind us which show you're doing?

As far as DB press goes, hell I can do 17.5s and I don't make a racket, despite being far from a Hercules look-alike, so I think they like the sound of their own voice too much! Mind you, if they were side-raising the same DBs then perhaps it's justified, they're shoulder-killers!
