AM - 1 hr X trainer L6 (771cals)

Off to airport to pick up best mate from Dunedin. Did pretty much nothing all weekend other than exercise our jaws (talkin). Went to Phantom of the Opera Sun PM - was fantastic, albeit a tad long.

Monday 20th Oct (5 freakin days!!!!!)

1 hour walk

Had to take my mate back to airport, so no gym, but will be there this afternoon, so not stressed. Weight coming down quite rapidly :)

Wow that is quite reserved Flamer especially a salad in there  All the hard work is done now hun, you've made it! I'll be about tomorrow if ya bored, I know the day before can be quite long and you just want it to be Saturday.

Your not wrong about days being long. Yesterday was bad, today is shaping up to be the same. It's only 11AM

I can now add to that list scorched almonds, and maybe some BBQ chicken pizza.

Still think the list is too short....I can only imagine how long mine would be if I'd just done what you're doing...

Only two sleeps to go, if you can sleep, that is!

I think I'm past the point of craving, it's been such a LONGGGGGG season. A bit like I realised this morning that I"m past the point of pain. Cable crunches - no problem, hanging leg raise....no problem. body just ain't registering!

Heck yeah, you've been dieting for ages! Long deserved break after this aye? Or will you go straight into the next challenge of triathlon training?

Wee break. As in total rest (read:consuming plenty of red wine), followed by some tri training. Bonus about triathlon - eat what ya want, your bound to burn it & some off!
